About AllSmiles Dental Care (Commonwealth)
AllSmiles Dental Care (Commonwealth) is a dental clinic located at Tekka Place, Serangoon Road, serving patients islandwide. It holds a 5/5 rating across 220 Google reviews, a robust sample that points to consistent patient satisfaction. No ACRA registration has been confirmed in the listing data, and no regulatory licences are recorded, so prospective patients are advised to verify the clinic's SMC and Singapore Dental Council registrations directly before booking.
New patients typically begin with a first consultation to discuss their presenting concern — whether a routine check-up and scaling, tooth pain, cosmetic enquiry, or a more complex treatment need. The clinic can be reached by phone or through an online enquiry form to arrange an appointment. At the first visit, the dentist will carry out an examination and, where needed, recommend diagnostics such as X-rays before outlining a treatment plan and associated costs. It is worth asking at booking whether CHAS, Medisave (for surgical procedures), or corporate dental benefits apply to your intended treatment, as these can materially reduce out-of-pocket costs.
To get started, call or submit the enquiry form on the clinic's listing to book your first appointment at the Tekka Place location.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I had a wonderful experience during my recent dental cleaning. Ms Ada was incredibly gentle, patient, and thorough, and she explained everything to me clearly. Her assistant, Samantha, was also very kind and helpful throughout the visit. Both of them made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a professional and friendly dental team!
Wow! This is my best dental experience ever. Dr Oh is a natural - empathetic and cracks jokes and build relationships with his clients. Wow. I found my forever dentist. Also kudos to Michelle from front desk who registered me. Perfect! And I'll be back in 6 months.
Saw the hygienist Melissa instead, as her schedule was more flexible. She was really very thorough and now I feel my teeth are really clean! She was gentle as well and would explain what she will be doing next. The clinic was very clean and homely.
My boy's last dental visit was very long ago so he was quite nervous, but the hygienist (Melissa) was very patience and assuring. The other staff and receptionist were very friendly too.
All smiles after my scaling and polishing with Dr Sabrina - efficient and completely painless. Thanks to Michelle for the attentive care. My go to Dental clinic from now onwards!

Dental fees in Singapore vary by procedure rather than a flat per-session rate. As a general guide, a routine consultation and basic scaling runs S$50–120 at a private clinic; tooth-coloured fillings S$80–250 per tooth; a root canal S$800–1,500 depending on the number of canals; and a single dental implant S$3,500–6,000 including the crown. X-rays are typically billed separately at S$15–50 per film. GST applies to all procedures at private dental clinics. Patients with CHAS cards (Blue, Orange, or Merdeka) can offset a portion of fees at CHAS-accredited clinics. Medisave may be used for approved surgical procedures such as wisdom-tooth surgery and implants. Check directly with AllSmiles Dental Care (Commonwealth) which schemes they accept before your visit. No referral is required to see a general dentist — you can book directly by phone or via the enquiry form. At your first visit, expect a clinical examination that covers your teeth, gums, bite, and soft tissues. The dentist may take diagnostic X-rays depending on your presenting complaint and how recently you last had films taken elsewhere. If you have a complex medical history — anticoagulants, bisphosphonates, uncontrolled diabetes, or a history of head-and-neck radiation — mention this when booking so the clinic can allocate sufficient time and, if needed, liaise with your specialist before treatment. Patients requiring specialist-level treatment (orthodontics, periodontal surgery, oral surgery, prosthodontics) may be referred to a specialist dental clinic or the National Dental Centre.
Dental clinics in Singapore operate under the regulation of the Singapore Dental Council (SDC), which registers individual dentists, and the Ministry of Health, which licences clinic premises under the Healthcare Services Act. Patients can verify a dentist's registration on the SDC's public register at moh.gov.sg before booking. Dental specialists (orthodontists, oral surgeons, periodontists) hold an additional specialist registration with the SDC. No regulatory licences are recorded for AllSmiles Dental Care (Commonwealth) in this listing. The clinic's SDC registration and MOH clinic licence should be confirmed directly with the practice or on the SDC public register. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
