When exploring a music school, it helps to clarify which instrument or discipline you are enquiring about, the student's current level, and whether lessons would be individual or in a group setting. Ask about syllabus alignment — whether the academy prepares students for ABRSM, Trinity, or other graded examinations, or offers a purely recreational pathway. Confirm the term commitment and cancellation policy, and whether online lessons are available alongside in-person sessions at Orchard Road.
To take the next step, reach out to Amadeus Music Academy via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to ask about a trial class, check current availability for your preferred instrument and level, and confirm the fee structure before committing to a term.

I am extremely grateful to Teacher Jo for all that she has done for my daughter . She has been under Teacher Jo’s wings for about 2 years now and she has always been excited for lessons. Teacher Jo is a caring and patient Teacher. Her lessons are very fun. She is always finding new methods to make learning the piano fun for her students. Teacher Jo put her students onto different platforms for the student to step out of their comfort zones and gain the experience through competitions and other events. I am truly blessed to have such a great teacher mentoring my daugher.😃
Kylie has a lot of fun learning from teacher Evelyn every week! She always look forward to attending teacher Evelyn's lesson as she is very detailed in teaching. Personally, I think that teacher Evelyn is a very talented and experienced teacher. She has a lot of "secret weapons" to share to Kylie! 😊This teacher doesn't waste a single minute in teaching my gal and will patiently explain to her with any creative method that she can think of!!Bravo 👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻
We did a trial lesson and it cost $60 for 30 minutes. The teacher was a student, not professional at all. Seemed very little experience of teaching. She doesn’t even go to music school. I told her we should start with scale, but she seemed she does not know about scale… We just came from abroad and I was really shocked if this is Singapore standard. I am very disappointed. You should never send kids to this school. It is worthless in terms of your time and money.
My son is so motivated to practice since he started lessons with Jo. And he has improved tremendously. A BIG thank you to Jo for inspiring him to continue developing his god given talent while enjoying the journey.
I am a student of Teacher Evelyn and she inspires me to perform my best every lesson with amazing and useful practice techniques that she shares with me. I am extremely grateful for the guidance of this teacher.

Confirm whether fees are charged per session, by monthly package, or by term, and clarify the refund or make-up policy for missed lessons. See the full Music Schools cost guide for Singapore →
Many music schools in Singapore offer a trial lesson, sometimes at a reduced fee or at the standard session rate, to help prospective students assess fit before enrolling for a full term. A trial class is a useful opportunity to gauge the teaching style, the level of the content relative to the student's current ability, and whether the student feels comfortable and engaged. When assessing the trial, pay attention to how the teacher adjusts instruction to the student's pace, whether the session is structured with clear goals, and how the student responds at the end. Contact Amadeus Music Academy directly to ask whether a trial is available and what it costs.
Credential details for the teachers at Amadeus Music Academy are not publicly listed. When enquiring, it is reasonable to ask about each teacher's formal music qualifications, performance background, years of teaching experience, and familiarity with the specific syllabus your child will follow — whether ABRSM, Trinity Guildhall, or another examining board. For younger students, also ask whether teachers have experience working with beginners or children in a particular age group. If the academy is preparing students for graded examinations, ask about the pass rate and distinction rate for recent cohorts. Contact Amadeus Music Academy directly to request this information before committing.
