Ammon Lim
About Ammon Lim
Singapore's dedicated HDB specialist. $30M+ transacted, 26 towns covered, 4+ years of buying & selling HDB resale flats. Free HDB valuation, honest advice, and zero-COV deals across Sengkang, Punggol, Tampines, Toa Payoh and island-wide.
The bulk of Ammon Lim's bookings cover Property Agents. Because this is a focused property operation, most jobs are scoped over WhatsApp first — photos of the issue, property type, and preferred slot — before a price is quoted.
Ammon Lim covers all of Singapore, which is useful if you live in a less-central estate or need a provider that can follow a recurring job to different addresses. Google reviewers currently give Ammon Lim a strong average of 5/5 across 3 reviews, which is a reasonable signal of consistency for a property provider.
To move forward with Ammon Lim, WhatsApp is the most efficient channel: describe the problem, share a photo if applicable, and mention your location. KakiList doesn't charge either party, so the quote you receive is the quote the provider actually offers.

I had a really positive experience working with Ammon as my property agent. I actually found him randomly on my IG reels, and I’m so glad I reached out. From the start, he was very friendly, approachable, and never pushy, which made the whole experience feel comfortable. He was extremely proactive throughout the entire process and always stayed one step ahead, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. He even took the time to drive me to a few units for viewings, making it much easier for me to explore my options. What I really appreciated was how he helped me process my choices by clearly explaining the pros and cons of each unit. As a first-time buyer, it can be overwhelming, but his guidance made decision-making much clearer. On top of that, his negotiation skills were excellent. He managed to secure a better price for the flat, which resulted in significant savings for me. When I faced some issues with my application, he stepped in immediately, looked into the matter, and handled all the paperwork efficiently. As a first-time buyer, the process can be stressful and confusing, but Ammon guided me every step of the way and helped settle many things on my behalf. Overall, he made the entire journey much more manageable, and I’m truly grateful for his support. I would highly recommend Ammon to anyone looking for a reliable, dedicated, and trustworthy property agent.

Even though Ammon was the seller’s agent, he went out of his way to help me as a first-time buyer. He had no obligation to do so, but still took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and make sure everything went smoothly. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference in my home-buying experience. It’s rare to come across such genuine and helpful agents in the industry. Highly recommended!

Ammon was my seller’s agent and he was so so helpful during the viewing all the way to the completion day. Am very thankful for his patience and guidance to my fiancé and I as this is our first major purchase and we would have been very lost if not for Ammon. Highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking to buy/sell your place!
