This lack of attention was disappointing and left me feeling ignored. Regrettably, I have encountered a persistent issue where the majority of my preferred tiles seem to be consistently out of stock. This unfortunate circumstance has hindered my ability to acquire the specific tiles that catch my eye.

Order 13pcs in 1 invoice and delivery in a box by AN HUAT. After lay and release 2 pcs color so different from the rest, when called they said is different batch, how can they put different patch in the same box and deliver without inform customer the tiles are different batch and will have different color. Still dare to charge to replace the faulty tiles.
