Highly recommended! Went to BonBons class with Chef Leigh today. Class is conducted with clear instructions, and easy to follow step-by-step guidance. Bonbons turn out so pretty and shiny. Tastes heavenly as well 😍 Before this also attended chef Ambrose class on Rice Wine mee suah on another day. Chef shares lots of tips on making this local delight Also a successful and yummy recipe ~ Really glad to have learned all these wonderful skills from Anatta , ranging from cooking to baking. I’ve sent my kids to many cooking & baking schools, and Anatta is by far the best. Each child has their own counter space and they’re each given the opportunity to cook.
