Simply put - We couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate and efficient funeral service for my dad. Right from the first phone call, we were treated with kindness and were provided with the best advice every step of the way - which was very much needed during the time of grief. Our funeral director Vam showed utmost care, knowledge and professionalism while also being extremely approachable and friendly. He also gave us time and space to pay our final respects. Every staff member, from pallbearers to the driver, performed their roles with a great sense of dedication and patience. I would also like to thank the director who decorated the casket so beautifully with fresh flowers, and also set aside a basket of additional fresh flowers for us to place on the casket before the cremation ceremony. We opted for the willow casket as my dad had expressed interest in environmentally-friendly coffins many years back. Not only is the willow casket a more environmentally-friendly option, it also looks very pretty.
