VERY GOOD. The technician Guna arrives early, prompting diagnose the issue and found out the root cause that is causing the power trip. Didn’t managed to get his name, but he is very knowledgeable. Quick, and straight to the point. In addition, the service cost is very reasonable and in fact much lower than other companies. The customer service officer Ms Jessa was also prompt in scheduling the appointment. Highly recommend.
I am generally not someone who likes writing review due to sheer laziness. However, I feel compelled writing one since this was by far one of the best services I have come across. Some days back, I was having a hard time trying to find a technician to replace my socket with a regular 3 pin type without which I would not be able to replace my faulty washer. I approached two other electricians recommended by my neighbours but they were not forthcoming with their responses. I was on the verge of giving up until I found Daylight Electrician while doing a google search. The very morning I whatsapp them, Ms Generose responded to me almost immediately and expeditiously helped secure a booking for me within the same day. She also patiently answered all the queries I had and informed me when the technician would be slightly delayed. I also want to compliment Guna the technician who was really professional in helping replace the sockets. A really friendly guy and when there was an unexpected minor issue with one of my other switch, he patiently helped to resolve the problem. Overall, this was one of the best services I have encountered in a long while. I would give them a rating of 10 stars if I i could. And yes, this was how good their service was. 💯
Very good first experience with Daylight Electrician. They have a good workflow set up in terms of providing quotations and confirming appointment. Big thanks to Ms Jessa for the admin support. The technician - Mr Guna was early for the appointment. He was focused and got the work done in 10 mins with no mess whatsoever. An invoice was sent to my email account after payment was done. Would highly recommend!
