I am incredibly grateful to AAVC – Animal & Aviary Veterinary Clinic for the amazing care they gave to my cockatiel, Uga. I am currently working in Singapore while my bird is in the Philippines being cared for by my sister. Even though we were in a different country, AAVC still accepted my case and helped us without hesitation. That alone already meant so much to me. Uga was not well before, and it took months of proper care. They provided healthy food recommendations, the right medication, and very clear instructions on the feeding process and daily care. I arranged to send the medication to the Philippines, and we followed their advice step by step. Because of their knowledge in avian care, Uga is now healthy and back to being a normal, happy bird. I truly believe she recovered because of their guidance and treatment plan. Thank you to the whole team at AAVC for your kindness, professionalism, and for helping my bird even across distance. I will always be thankful for what you did for Uga. Highly recommended for anyone who truly loves their birds and wants the best veterinary care.
Dr Kenneth is really a gifted doctor. I won't be worried leaving my pets with him without my presence in the clinical room. Because he is that good and assuring. He always makes recommendations with great consideration of the pets and owner, and go the extra miles. Very kind and generous doctor. My pets were well taken care of during all the visits. And the clinic accepts CDC vouchers too. :) Affordable rates with premium service!
I want to sincerely thank Dr Kenneth and his dedicated team for their expertise and care they had given to all of my four fur kids for more than 15 years. Dr Kenneth is truly a vet with a heart, going the extra mile to support and empathise with us during the most difficult moments. I am glad I trusted his opinion and advice because he truly cares and have given the best treatment for all of my fur kids giving them quality of life especially for Muffin, Donut and BonBon in these last 2 years. Many thanks to Dr Kenneth and Team
It has only been a month since we brought our little puppy home, and since day one, he has been cared for by Dr. Yvonne at AAVC. From our very first visit, Dr. Yvonne has been incredibly patient, kind, and thorough in explaining everything we needed to know about caring for a 2-month-old puppy. When our puppy developed flu and cough, she treated him with antibiotics and flu medication, and also took the time to share many helpful tips on how to care for him at home. Her gentle and compassionate approach always made us feel reassured. A few days ago, our puppy suddenly wasn’t himself one morning, and we quickly brought him back to Dr. Yvonne. She examined him carefully and, although his physical condition appeared fine, she advised admitting him for further tests, although they didn't have services like x-ray. A quick test was done, and it was suspected to be Giardia cos it had a very faint line on the test kit. During his stay, the clinic team kept us updated with messages and videos — something we truly appreciated as anxious first-time pet parents. On the second day, even though he seemed a little more alert in the morning, his condition worsened later in the day. Dr. Yvonne and her team did everything they could and kept us informed throughout. We were also advised to transfer him to a hospital as they did not have some services to examine further on him to know exactly what was wrong. Sadly, our little Leo passed on that evening just as we were on our way to visit him. Although our first experience as pet owners ended in heartbreak, we are deeply grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism shown by Dr. Yvonne and everyone at AAVC. Their support and kindness made a very difficult time a little easier to bear. Thank you, Dr. Yvonne and the AAVC team, for your dedication and heartfelt care for our beloved Leo.
Professional and engaging staff, Experienced and highly qualified veterinarians…..= peace of mind and assurance that your pet is well taken care off. Quite crowded for a Sunday morning. Just impressed with the varieties of “patients”. Can tell from the returning clients’ faces that this clinic is well trusted and relied upon when things with your pets get rough!

Animal & Avian Veterinary Clinic is listed at a moderate price point ($$), but specific per-visit fees are not publicly displayed and will depend on the type of consultation, the species and size of your pet, and any diagnostics or treatments required. Common cost components to clarify in advance include the base consultation fee, any additional charges for X-rays, blood panels, or medications, and fees for follow-up visits. For avian or exotic species, specialist consultations may carry a premium over standard small-animal appointments. It is worth asking the clinic to walk you through likely costs before proceeding with diagnostics or procedures, so there are no surprises. See the full Veterinary Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
For dogs, core vaccinations typically include DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies, with bordetella often recommended if your dog frequents boarding or daycare facilities. For cats, FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) is the standard core vaccine. Proof of vaccination is commonly required to be current within the past 12 months. As Animal & Avian Veterinary Clinic also sees avian patients, vaccination protocols for birds vary by species — it is best to contact the clinic directly to confirm what documentation or health records they require before your bird's first visit. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or digital records to every appointment to ensure continuity of care.
Animal & Avian Veterinary Clinic has been verified by KakiList, confirming that its operating details and contact channels are active. Veterinary practices in Singapore operate under the oversight of the National Parks Board (NParks) and the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS), which sets standards for the practice of veterinary medicine. No specific licences are listed on this profile, so it is advisable to confirm directly with the clinic that their veterinary surgeons are registered with the Singapore Veterinary Association or hold AVS-recognised qualifications. Regarding insurance, ask the clinic about their protocol should your pet experience an adverse reaction or require emergency care during or following treatment. Understanding their escalation process will give you peace of mind before your visit. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
