Appreciate Dr Ly's advice - I brought my 1 year old dog who had some scabs on his skin. Was recommended to him because of his holistic approach to animal well being (not just pumping meds and steroids) - While it may not be for everyone, i appreciate a different approach rather than the conventional medical one. In fact, I had gone to another clinic prior who said it was an infection and they were about to prescribe some antibiotics. When in fact it was actually simply just some food based allergies which actually went off after i stopped feeding my dog chicken. would recommend to others if they are open to less conventional approaches to their beloved pet's health..

Took my dog, mufasa a Japanese spitz here to see Lucia to have the AWC bioresonance allergy test done for him. Mufasa was diagnosed with chronic irritable bowel disease (IBD), and always had a really sensitive gut growing up. Was referred by gentle oak vet clinic to do the allergy test for him and eliminate those things marked as allergies for him from his diet. Safe to say that it has worked! For dogs with IBD issues would recommend to do this allergy test with Lucia as a baseline & guiding principle

Zero rating. I paid $1250 and my dog a standard poodle came back like a dead meat. I clearly told Doctor Ly that my dog can’t take any form of steroids and he said no one gives steroid to tread allergies. I went to another doctor because my dog is panting like crazy and not playful at all, just stay laying the whole day and he is just going 3years. I found out that doc Ly gave him 2 types of steroid through injection which I was not informed. Plus a cytopoint jab which I’m aware. At the counter you will be given human vitamins that was charged 3 time more and toothpaste that is about $120. I’m appalled by what I have got myself and my dearest dog into. Please all paw parent do clinic checks before binging your pet. Don’t based on hear say recommendations.

I also want to acknowledge the dedicated nurses and Molly for their genuine care and compassion towards all patients. If this isn't the best vet clinic, I'm not sure what is. Please be understanding about potential wait times, as they are a testament to the clinic's popularity as they are working endlessly and provide best treatment and cares to their patients.
