I am very disappointed with how business is carried out at Artisan Clinic and the lack of proper internal protocols. I booked an appointment based on a Facebook promotion advertising Elansé at $888. When I arrived, staff repeatedly pushed a $1,288 option instead. After discussion, we agreed to proceed with the advertised $888 treatment. However, after numbing cream had already been applied, I was informed that the $888 option was supposedly out of stock. I was still willing to compromise at a higher price, but the staff member left the room, keeping me waiting for about 10 minutes with numbing cream on my face, before returning to say that management disagreed with proceeding. I had no choice but to remove the numbing cream myself and leave. What is most concerning is that I later received a call saying the doctor was not aware of what was happening, which highlights a serious lack of coordination and clear protocol between staff and management. This experience reflects poor transparency, questionable sales tactics, and inadequate operational procedures. Clinics should have clear pricing, stock confirmation, and management approval before patients are prepped for treatment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements proper protocols to prevent other customers from going through a similar experience.
