We chanced upon Asher Pte Ltd on Facebook and decided to contact them for a paint job at our home. Zach responded promptly and offered a free site visit. During the visit, he carefully checked the condition of our walls and explained very thoroughly what kind of treatment would be needed. His explanation was detailed and easy to understand, which gave us confidence in the process. On the day of the job, a team of 6 painters arrived and got straight to work. Everyone was very efficient and clearly experienced in what they do. The team was also very polite. They asked for permission before moving things and made sure all our furniture was properly protected and fully wrapped before starting. The work process was very meticulous and included steaming, mold treatment, wall sanding, and multiple coats of paint. After the job was completed, the team supervisor Saw Ivory, also took time to explain the aftercare and how long we should allow the paint to dry. There were only very minimal paint sprinkles seen, which were easy to clean with water or with tarpin, a paint remover they recommended. Overall, we are very satisfied with their work and the entire experience. Thank you to Asher team for the great service. Highly recommended 👍

I chanced upon Asher Pte Ltd from FB and asked for an on-site assessment on my home condition. I was impressed by Zach’s professionalism and thorough explanation. His visit surpasses the standards compared to the 2 salesperson from my previous painter who painted my old house. There was even no follow-up from them after their site visit. Mani & his team were punctual and responsible. From the prep work to the painting of the whole house, I was assured that it was well taken care of. Not to mention the live updates on the job. Asher Pte Ltd really did walk the talk. I am glad that I have chosen them as my painter this time round and would not hesitate to use them again!

Came across the educational videos on Asher’s IG and realised my home had similar issues that were mentioned, so we contacted Asher for a non-obligatory assessment. Zach came for a site assessment; it was a delight interacting with Zach as he was patient and thorough in sharing his company’s services and past experiences dealing with mould issues, as well as taking time to address my concerns. Having interacted with other painting companies and despite Asher’s higher fees (primarily because of the additional wall steaming treatment that not many companies can offer), we felt confident in proceeding with Asher for our home’s wall mould treatment and painting project. Came painting days, the painters arrived on time and the team of 5-6 went around doing their job systematically and quietly. They made sure the areas that needed to be protected from dust/paint were well covered before proceeding to treat and paint the walls. The team, especially the supervisor, had extremely high standards of themselves, and redid some areas that could not pass their own standards without me having to point them out. The team was helpful and made sure they covered all the necessary areas and also helped to remove/reinstate the furniture; working relentlessly till 7plus each evening which I felt very apologetic as it was no easy job. Throughout start to finish, Zach followed up and responded promptly to my queries and requests on WhatsApp, giving me the assurance the entire process was well managed. Post job completion, Zach also made sure the touch-ups were arranged for promptly, which I am grateful for, as he wanted to ensure my home looks ready for CNY. The 2-men team assigned was equally professional and helpful. Since the painting job first started, I have spoken highly of Asher’s quality of service to my family and friends and encouraged them to consider Asher should they have a need for mould-treatment/painting service in the future. Zach and every member of the painting team deserves nothing less than 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for their professionalism, efficiency and service quality! Our family is very pleased to have engaged Asher to give our home a mould-free and beautiful fresh new look.

Contacted Asher Pte Ltd after seeing their ads on wall mould treatment. Didnt hesitate to drop my enquiry and within the next few days, they got back to me. Zach, the salesperson that attended to me, was a honest, thorough and willing to share his experience with me. We set an appt, and we went through the house. He pinpointed the areas of issues and why there were mould appearing out from the wall and ceiling. After much consideration, i feel Asher was the company that i would like to go with as they are transparent with their service they provide. Come treatment day, the team was early to deliver the painting equipment before the actual time. They carefully shifted the furnitures aside, protecting them with plastic sheets, covering the electrical sockets and even remove carpet before executing their work. Throughout the day, Zach gave me live updates on the process, along with a timestamp. It is quite assuring and a peace of mind to see live updates as we know that things are in good hand with Asher's team. Overall, the team did an amazing job with their paint works and i feel the service quality from Asher Pte Ltd is top notch. Thank you Zach and team!

Engaged Asher Pte Ltd for mould treatment and repainting, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was very professional and took great care to protect all our furniture and fixtures before work. began, which we really appreciated. They followed a clear and thorough 5 step protocol. First, steam treatment to kill the mould, followed by sanding to physically remove the dead mould. Then they applied a chemical mould solution to address existing mould and help prevent regrowth, sealed the walls properly with an oil based sealer, and finally applied two coats of paint. The workmanship and attention to detail stood out, and the team was careful, systematic, and respectful throughout the process. My family felt very assured seeing how carefully everything was handled. Would definitely engage Asher Pte Ltd again for mould treatment or painting works in the future. Highly recommended.
