From the very beginning, the experience with this painting company has been excellent. During the pre-sales inspection, the owner Jordon was very responsive and patient in answering all our questions. He took the time to explain clearly what kind of painting works were required and gave honest, practical recommendations instead of hard selling. After confirming the service, a chat group was created, which really gave us assurance and transparency throughout the process. Communication was smooth and timely, making us feel well taken care of even before the work started. On the actual days of painting, we were very impressed with how the cover our existing furniture and the workmanship of the painters Sithu and Khiang Zaw. Both of them are skilled, responsible, and extremely helpful throughout the 3 days of painting work. They paid attention to details and were always willing to assist whenever we had questions or requests. Special mention to the project supervisor Rex, who is very friendly and approachable. He came down every morning before work started to supervise and check that the previous day’s work was done properly before moving on to the next area. This level of supervision really gave us confidence in the quality of the job. Overall, both new and existing homeowners can have complete peace of mind with their pre-sales and after-sales service.
