I sought treatment at Assure Urology after reading the reviews here. I must say all the appreciative reviews are well deserved. Dr Terence Lim is approachable, takes time to explain what to expect and the findings and to discuss options, and instils confidence. After my day surgery, he brought me the medicine personally and explained the after-care instructions before I got discharged. His assistants - Amanda and Rouyi - are friendly and respond promptly to enquiries. Overall, it has been a very pleasant experience.

Dr Terence Lim saved my kidney! I had a 4cm tumour growing deep inside my kidney, and every other doctor said the only way was to remove the entire kidney. In medical terms, it was a "parapelvic renal mass". Only Dr Lim was willing to try, and even though he said there was still a chance my kidney cannot be saved, he was successful! The surgery was called "robo-assisted partial nephrectomy". The tumour was removed and my kidney is intact! It was by no means an easy feat, but Dr Lim managed to pull it off, calling it one of, if not the most complicated surgeries of his life. Kudos to you, sir! 👏 I can tell that Dr Lim is extremely experienced and capable with the robot and I believe he is able to do above and beyond what is normally capable with bare hands. Don't let his humbleness fool you, he is very good! A pioneer in specialised robotic urological techniques, if you have a complex urological issue that nobody else is able to help, Dr Lim is your best bet. He also has the most amazing staff supporting him. Amanda has been an amazing help with all our scheduling requests as well as insurance documentations. Big thanks to Amanda as well! I am beyond thankful that I was introduced to Dr Terence Lim and Assure Urology. I can't imagine how it would have been like otherwise. They saved my life and my kidney and I am forever grateful. 🙏 -Judah
