Highly recommend!!!! Gastroscopy and colonscopy Haemorrhoidectomy I have fully recovered and medically treated by Dr. Chew. Dr. Chew is a very happy, joyous, patient surgeon/doctor with full of humour which make my every consultation visit and surgeries at ease and pleasure. His staff were all very friendly, patient and joyous as well. Each visit is not the hush hush kinda of visit. Dr chew and his nurses take their time in listening and explaining all the details that was needed. When in doubt i can also whatsapps and their reply were always fast and clear. Thumbs up 👍 for Dr. Chew and all his nurses/staff. Clinic is very clean and pleasure as well for both Orchard and Farrer Park. From the beginning, the appointment for first consultation was well organised. Dr Chew took the time to clearly explain and ensured that my mom felt comfortable and well-informed. The scopes were carried out smoothly and with great care. The nursing team was attentive, reassuring, and efficient throughout, making what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and well-managed. I’m also very thankful that Dr. Chew and Michelle took the extra step to encourage my mom to do her mammogram and Pap smear. From the very first consultation, he was extremely detailed and meticulous — he took the time to ask about my lifestyle, diet, and even the supplements I take, down to how I consume them. What impressed me most was how carefully he considered all aspects of my health as a female patient, including checking areas like thyroid function and other factors that might be overlooked. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Chew and his team were professional, efficient, and reassuring, which really helped ease my nerves. After the procedure, he personally went through my blood test results line by line, pointing out what I was doing right and highlighting areas I should pay more attention to. I truly appreciated the level of care and thoroughness. The team was also very efficient in assisting me with the necessary documents for insurance purposes. They were quick to respond whenever I had questions, and their reminders leading up to the procedure were timely and helpful in making sure I was fully prepared. Dr Chew genuinely cares for his patients, he listened attentively and provided care with sincerity. Dr Chew is very knowledgeable and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything in detail. The medication he prescribed for my condition worked very well, and I’m truly thankful and grateful for his expertise and skill. I felt completely at ease during the scopes, so much so that it felt like nothing had happened afterward. Special thanks to his team as well for their timely WhatsApp updates and reminders, which made the appts, fasting process smooth and stress-free.
