Very thankful to SJI Lock Solutions for answering to our call for help! We could not open our door due to some mechanical fault in our Samsung digital lock. We called several companies (around 7pm), yet most of them either did not respond or replied with a "sorry cannot". Only after then we realised that Samsung has pulled out of the digital lock market 2 years ago and many are reluctant to help us. Lewis reached earlier than the stipulated time they gave. He has a polite and calm disposition which makes us feel assured. He even had to climb through the window to access the digital lock from inside. He was careful and delicate when handling the screws in order not to damage the main door. He was patient and overcame several difficulties when trying to remove the lock, where many others would have already given up. Really grateful to Lewis for coming to our rescue! 🙏
