Horrible experience. Signed up a package early this year. last aircon servicing was only in Feb. And the air con is leaking water since Saturday. Texted and call the usual number but no responses for last 3 days. Will appreciate the IC to return my call asap. If not, I will lodge a complaint officially. Thanks.

If can give negative, I will give negative stars. Terrible office staff driving both the workers and customers crazy. Does not pick up calls, can be MIA for almost a week. I thought they had folded! Rude on the phone as well. Am so glad to be done with our contract with them.
