About Aureus Academy
Aureus Academy is an enrichment class provider operating islandwide across Singapore, verified by KakiList and registered with ACRA. The academy holds a Google rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 108 reviews — a robust sample that lends reasonable confidence to that figure. Pricing is positioned at the mid-range ($$) for the enrichment sector, though specific per-session or package rates are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the academy.
Families typically begin by enquiring about level and syllabus fit — whether the programme aligns with MOE primary or secondary streams, the PSLE, O-Level, or other examination frameworks. It is worth asking whether classes are conducted in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, as this affects both the pace of instruction and the fee structure. Aureus Academy's listed centre is at 3 Temasek Boulevard, #02-734, Singapore 038983, though islandwide coverage suggests additional locations may be available. Before committing to a term, prospective students and parents should clarify whether a trial class is offered, what the term-commitment expectations are, and whether online options exist for those who cannot attend in person.
To get started, reach out to Aureus Academy via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm current class availability for the relevant level, ask about a trial session, and request a full breakdown of fees before signing up for a term.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
My daughter Isabel learns piano and voice lessons with Ms. Jenna. She is a gem of a teacher and has helped to reinstate and grow Isabel’s love for music. She is the most patient and motivating teacher, Isabel absolutely loves the lessons with her. She had helped Isabel build confidence to perform at the recent recital and it was a great experience and opportunity. It was heartwarming to see the kind of personal attention and guidance she gave to each of her students. Thank you so much Ms. Jenna, you’re making such big changes in the lives of the little ones you teach. Ms. Jenna is also extremely accommodating of changing lesson schedule if we have inconveniences and is proactive to mark the changes from her end. I find this very supportive and helpful. While it has been a great journey with Ms. Jenna, I’ve previously had some difficulties in moving lessons around and in finding help with some invoice related issues in the past, I’m assuming it is because the team/person at the front desk used to change very frequently and that has caused some confusions. I hope the management takes note that it is important for parents to have a stable and consistent front desk support. I’m only mentioning this so that parents make sure they have the app installed and monitor the schedule/make-up lessons etc. Overall, I am very happy with my daughter’s music journey with Ms. Jenna and the team.
My child has been joining Aureus with Teacher Jenna for more than 1.5 years. During the recital, she showed remarkable progress and confidence. She truly enjoys the class and loves Teacher Jenna because she is kind, patient with the children, and creates a comfortable learning environment for my child. Although the location is quite far from our home, she still chooses to study there because of Teacher Jenna. Thank you, Teacher Jenna! Also, Aureus Academy is quite flexible when it comes to make-up classes if we are unable to attend. Overall, we really love this center.
Ms Ling Ling has been extremely patient and detailed in teaching my 3.5 years old son. He thoroughly enjoys his lessons with Ms Ling Ling and has shown good improvement in both practical and theory skills. Ms Ling Ling provides timely updates on his progress on the Aureus app, which allows me to keep track of his learning journey. I would highly recommend Ms Ling Ling and hope she can continue with my son on his musical learning journey!
We’ve had a wonderful experience with Aureus Academy. The environment is welcoming and supportive, and the teachers are truly dedicated. Special thanks to Teacher Ling Ling, whose guidance has helped my daughter make remarkable progress in just a year. We also appreciate Yuuvatra’s great assistance during the recent recital at MBS—it made the event smooth and memorable. Highly recommend this school for anyone looking for quality music education!
My son has been learning piano from teacher Michelle Leong since he was 3+ years old. Michelle has been very patient in teaching my son. He has been improving because of the guidance of Teacher Michelle. Also, it impressed me during his first piano performance in Aureus. He did well, and he is also very confident and brave to perform in front of so many people. Kudos to Teacher Michelle. I look forward to more impressive performances, improvement and guidance for my son. Great and an honour to have teacher Michelle Leong as my son Piano Teacher.

Aureus Academy's pricing is listed at the mid-range ($$) level for enrichment classes in Singapore, but specific per-session rates, monthly package fees, and term costs are not publicly published and will need to be confirmed directly with the academy. As a general market reference, enrichment classes in Singapore typically range from S$30 to S$80 or more per session for group classes, with one-to-one tuition often running S$60–S$150 per session depending on the subject and tutor level. Some providers charge a registration or materials fee on top of tuition. Ask whether sibling discounts or multi-subject package rates apply. See the full Enrichment Classes cost guide for Singapore →
Many enrichment providers in Singapore offer a trial class — sometimes complimentary, sometimes charged at the standard session rate — so it is worth asking Aureus Academy directly whether this is available before signing up for a full term. A trial class is useful for assessing whether the pace and teaching style suit your child, whether the content level is appropriate (not too easy or too advanced), and whether the group dynamic is a good fit. Pay attention to how the tutor explains concepts and responds to questions, as this reflects the ongoing classroom experience. If a formal trial is not available, ask if you can observe part of a session or speak with current students' parents before committing.
Aureus Academy's specific tutor qualifications — such as NIE or MOE teaching backgrounds, degree subjects, or years of experience — are not listed in the publicly available provider data, so it is advisable to ask directly before enrolling. When enquiring, it is reasonable to ask whether tutors have prior MOE school teaching experience, what degrees or professional qualifications they hold, and how long they have been teaching the specific subject and level. For examination-focused subjects such as English, Mathematics, or Science at PSLE or O-Level, syllabus alignment to the current MOE framework is particularly important. If your child is preparing for an international qualification such as IB or IGCSE, confirm that the tutor has direct experience with that specific syllabus and marking scheme.
If Aureus Academy isn't the right fit, these are other enrichment classes providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
