About Axgee Cleaning
Axgee Cleaning offers part-time cleaning services islandwide in Singapore. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and with 251 Google reviews at a rating of 4.8 out of 5, the volume of feedback provides a reasonably robust signal of consistent customer experience. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range ($$) on an hourly model, in line with the typical S$18–25 per hour charged by licensed cleaning companies in Singapore. No ACRA registration has been confirmed, and no regulatory licences are listed in this profile — see the note on legal structure below.
For a standard booking, confirm the hourly rate and minimum session length (typically 3–4 hours), the type of clean you need — routine weekly or fortnightly housekeeping, a one-off deep clean, or a post-renovation or pre-move-in clean — and whether equipment and supplies are included or homeowner-provided. Note that under MOM rules, foreign part-time helpers may only be deployed by a MOM-licensed cleaning company; direct engagement of foreign freelancers is illegal and the penalty falls on the homeowner. Before booking, confirm Axgee Cleaning's legal structure and, where foreign helpers are deployed, ask for evidence of the relevant MOM cleaning business licence. Singaporean and PR helpers can be engaged directly without this requirement. Also check the substitute policy in case your regular helper is unavailable, and whether public liability insurance is in place.
To get started, contact Axgee Cleaning by phone or through the enquiry form to confirm availability for your preferred schedule, your property type and size, and the scope of the clean required before making any payment.

If the helper is foreign, confirm the company's MOM cleaning business licence before booking — the penalty for hiring an unlicensed foreign freelancer lands on you, not them.
Charges $270 for a 2 bedder 1 toilet unit moving out cleaning, inclusive of vacuum cleaner and ladder rental, with a set of cleaning agents/ detergent. Overall was service was ok, some things left out here and there. Like the fridge/ freezer compartment was washed and placed back when it’s still wet, water droplets will freeze. I informed the cleaner but she say “no time already”. The cleaner did make sure that overall everything was done before she left instead of leaving at 5 hours punctually. Cleaner was also punctual when arriving in the morning. Some stains require strength to scrub to remove, but cleaner was not willing to use strength to scrub after attempt to remove by spraying with detergent. Saying “this one is difficult to remove”. For the $80 charge of cleaning detergent, I feel that the items provided, Especially the detergent & cleaning chemicals can be of much better quality than basic house brands. The cleaner also left out emptying the bathroom drainage filter. When the landlord went to check the unit, there was still hair & dirt in the bathroom drainage filter.
One of the most unprofessional and unethical cleaning agency. I had appointed them for end of rental cleaning. Their cleaner came 30 mins left and did such a shabby job that my owner appointed another cleaner agency later and charged me 250 SGD. Please reconsider your decision of hiring this agency.
Think twice on the other positive reviews you see. This company is a joke. These guys provide a cursory cleaning. I found dirty floors, smudged mirrors, dirty windows at the end. The service was so abysmal - I could done better myself in 4 hours - we thanked the cleaner and didn't ask for a second walkthrough. Of course the above is an opinion, but please take it to heart! Lesson learned. We'll be using a better service provider in the future. Refund please! Invoice # 2301108
We engaged their services for a deep clean after our renovation. James arranged everything promptly, cleaners Anna and Joseph were punctual and cleaned up the place well. However, the unfortunate thing was that our mixers were left very badly scratched. This was something we totally did not expect from professional cleaners. When we had brought the issue up to the company, we were not pleased with the fact that responsibility wasn’t taken and instead they relied on a clause in their contract stating that the maximum compensation was $200, a fraction of the cost of our mixers. Even though a $300 compensation was eventually made, it barely covered the cost of one mixer and sadly the scratches are still highly visible on our otherwise brand new bathroom fittings. All in all, we feel that this incident could have easily been prevented with proper training and hence, the knowledge of cleaning tools suitable for different surfaces.
I feel so much more relaxed in my clean home. Yadnar handled delicate surfaces with care. I’m thoroughly impressed and will hire them again soon.

Axgee Cleaning prices on an hourly basis, which is standard for part-time cleaning in Singapore. Licensed companies typically charge S$18–25 per hour with a 3–4 hour minimum per visit. One-off deep cleans generally run S$150–800 depending on property size, post-renovation cleans S$350–1,800, and pre-move-in cleans S$400–2,500. Confirm whether equipment and cleaning supplies are included in the rate or whether you are expected to provide them, and ask whether a fixed quote is available for one-off jobs rather than a purely hourly rate. Foreign part-time helpers must be deployed via a MOM-licensed cleaning company — direct hire through Carousell, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, or any informal channel is illegal under MOM rules. The penalty for the homeowner is a fine of S$5,000–10,000 plus a 2-year ban on hiring any domestic helpers; the liability rests with you, not the cleaner or the intermediary. No regulatory licences are listed in Axgee Cleaning's current profile on KakiList. Before booking, ask directly whether the company holds a MOM cleaning business licence and, if foreign helpers are deployed, request to see it. Singaporean and PR helpers can be engaged directly without these constraints, so the answer to this question depends on who Axgee Cleaning assigns to your home.
Public liability insurance at a minimum of S$500,000 is standard among established part-time cleaning companies and covers damage to your property or belongings during a session. Ask Axgee Cleaning for the policy number and coverage scope in writing before your first booking. Also confirm the substitute policy: if your regular helper is sick or on leave, a reliable company will send a trained substitute within 24 hours rather than cancelling at short notice. Clarify whether Axgee Cleaning operates a regular-helper model — where the same person is assigned each visit — or a booking-pool model where different helpers are sent each time, as consistency affects both quality and trust over repeated visits.
