About Babilou Family Singapore
Babilou Family Singapore is a preschool and kindergarten provider operating islandwide, listed on KakiList as verified and registered with ACRA. The centre is priced at the mid-range tier ($$). It holds a Google rating of 3.7 out of 5, though this is based on only 6 reviews — too small a sample to draw firm conclusions, and prospective families should treat it as directional only.
Families considering enrolment would typically begin by enquiring about available slots for their intended start month, as places — particularly for infant care — can fill several months in advance. A centre visit is strongly recommended before committing: use that visit to ask about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, observe the daily routine, and understand the settling-in period for younger children. It is also worth confirming whether the centre participates in the ECDA subsidy framework, as Singapore citizen children may be eligible for Basic, Working Mother, or Additional subsidies depending on household income and parental employment.
To take the next step, contact Babilou Family Singapore directly by phone or via their enquiry form to check current slot availability for your child's age group and preferred start date. Listing data is incomplete — contact Babilou Family Singapore directly to confirm details.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

i will be careful to send me kids here. there is a lady by the name Liyana Jamal, based on my own experience working with her, she is very condescending and definitely does not fit the role of an earlyhood organization. I can only imagine what she would be doing towards our kids if she was loses her temper. she is the type of person who is not clear with her instruction, but expects assumptions that everyone gets her.

Babilou Family Singapore is positioned at the mid-range ($$) price tier, though specific monthly fee figures are not published on this listing. As a general guide, preschool and kindergarten fees at private and international-affiliated centres in Singapore typically range from S$1,200 to S$3,500 or more per month before subsidies, depending on the programme, age group, and hours of care. Beyond the monthly fee, families should ask about a one-time registration fee, a refundable deposit (commonly equivalent to one to two months' fees), and any charges for uniforms, insurance, or enrichment add-ons. Childcare and kindergarten fees are GST-exempt under Singapore regulations. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled at ECDA-licensed centres may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care and up to S$300 per month for childcare. Mothers who work at least 56 hours per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy. For lower-income households, the Additional Subsidy can bring the total combined subsidy up to approximately S$710 per month, subject to means-testing. Permanent Resident children receive partial subsidies at a lower quantum. Subsidy eligibility and amounts are subject to change, and families should verify current figures directly with ECDA at go.gov.sg/ecda before enrolment. It is important to confirm whether Babilou Family Singapore holds an active ECDA licence, as subsidy claims can only be processed at licensed centres. Contact the centre directly to clarify their subsidy participation status.
Availability at preschools and kindergartens in Singapore — particularly for the infant care age group — can be limited, and popular centres often see waiting periods of three to twelve months. January is the primary intake month for most programmes, so families targeting that start date are advised to begin enquiring as early as six to nine months ahead. To secure a place, centres typically require payment of a registration fee and a deposit. Given that Babilou Family Singapore has limited publicly available review data, it is advisable to contact the centre directly to ask about current vacancies, expected intake timelines, and the steps required to join any waiting list. Reach out by phone or via the enquiry form listed on this page to get the most accurate and up-to-date information on slot availability.
