Families exploring infant care at Babilou Family Singapore should begin by enquiring about slot availability for their intended start month, as infant care placements — particularly for young babies — are in high demand across Singapore. When you visit the centre, ask specifically about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine for your child's age group, how the settling-in period is structured, and whether the centre participates in ECDA subsidy schemes for Singapore citizen children. It is also worth confirming the registration fee, deposit requirements, and any ancillary costs such as uniform or insurance at this stage.
To take the next step, contact Babilou Family Singapore directly via phone or the enquiry form to check current vacancy for your required start month, then arrange an in-person centre visit before submitting any registration documents or fees. i will be careful to send me kids here. there is a lady by the name Liyana Jamal, based on my own experience working with her, she is very condescending and definitely does not fit the role of an earlyhood organization. I can only imagine what she would be doing towards our kids if she was loses her temper. she is the type of person who is not clear with her instruction, but expects assumptions that everyone gets her.

Babilou Family Singapore displays a moderate price point ($$) on its listing, though a specific monthly fee figure is not publicly published. For infant care in Singapore, market rates at private and anchor operator centres typically range from around S$1,500 to S$3,500 per month before subsidies, depending on the centre's tier and the hours of care provided. Beyond the monthly fee, ask about a one-time registration fee, a refundable deposit (commonly equivalent to one to two months' fees), and any charges for uniform or personal accident insurance. Childcare and infant care fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so no GST should be added to the fees quoted. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled at ECDA-licensed infant care centres may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$600 per month for infant care. Working mothers who clock 56 or more hours of work per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Development Co-Savings (WMS) subsidy. Families with per capita household income below certain thresholds may also access the Additional Subsidy, which can bring the combined subsidy quantum to up to S$710 per month when combined with WMS. Permanent resident children may be eligible for partial subsidies, though at lower rates than citizens. Subsidy amounts and eligibility criteria are subject to change, so check directly with ECDA at ecda.gov.sg for the most current figures before making any financial assumptions. To access subsidies, the centre must hold an ECDA licence. Contact Babilou Family Singapore directly to confirm their current licensing status and subsidy eligibility.
Infant care places in Singapore are among the most competitive in the early childhood sector. Many popular centres see waiting periods of three to twelve months, and January is typically the peak intake month as it aligns with the start of the school year. If your child's intended start date is mid-year, availability may be slightly better, but it is still advisable to enquire as early as possible. To secure a place, most centres require a registration fee and a deposit at the point of confirmation, so come prepared with the necessary documents and funds when you are ready to commit. Some centres maintain a formal waitlist while others operate on a first-come, first-served basis once a slot opens. Contact Babilou Family Singapore directly via phone or the enquiry form to ask about current availability for your required start month and to understand their specific registration process.
