New clients typically begin by submitting an enquiry through the contact form to discuss their condition or wellness goal — whether stress relief, muscle recovery, or a holistic treatment tailored to a specific concern. It is worth clarifying the format of the first session, the practitioner assigned, and whether a pre-treatment consultation or intake form is required to flag contraindications. Holistic treatments may be offered as single sessions or recurring packages, and cancellation and no-show policies should be confirmed at the time of booking given the premium location.
To take the next step, submit an enquiry via the contact form on the KakiList listing, specify your preferred treatment and date, and ask for a written confirmation of the session fee, package terms, and cancellation policy before payment.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Not worth the price paid. At the point of booking, was informed that their normal spa premises was under renovation so they only serving hotel guests due to lack of space. That was ok with us. What we did not expect was that the current massage place take place in some random MBS guest room facing the road. There was zero spa ambience and also quite noisy whenever car past by. So instead of temporary spa premises, more like no spa premises at all... Paying the same price for what is essentially an "in-room" massage, lacking most of the normal spa experience felt like a rip off. Staffs were still very attentive and responded email very promptly. But it was not the Banyan Tree Spa Experience we were expecting anymore. Disappointing is an understatement.
Absolutely amazing experience! The staff were so professional and welcoming. The massage was incredibly relaxing and helped relieve all my stress. One of the best spas I’ve visited in Singapore!
I had the most relaxing experience here! The therapists are professional and really know how to release body tension. The place is clean, peaceful, and smells amazing. I’ll definitely come back again soon!
First time visiting here. Upon reaching , was greeted by the staffs politely and served with a welcome drink. The staff explained on the types of massage available. We both opt for deep pressure. Spent a good 90mins full body massage in a couple room together with wife. Room is spacious and the massage beds are beautifully decorated. Before the start of massage, we were given a leg wash and scrub. Also, we had the option to choose the type of essential oil for the massage. After the entire massage, we went to have refreshment. Quiet place with a view. Have visited various spa in Singapore and glad we have managed to try Banyan Tree Spa. Will definitely return again in upcoming months. Thank you
We have been to banyan tree spa twice. First time we took the Balinese massage 60 mins. The check in, room and masseuse were all professional and the actual massage very relaxing. Didn’t feel rushed. However when I went for a second time for 90 minute Thai classic, it felt more rushed and didn’t feel worth the bucks. May be it depends on the day and masseuse probably? Overall, good service, absolutely great views of the bay but definitely need to work on consistent standards as I felt after the second time I will not come back here again.

Banyan Tree Spa Marina Bay Sands has not published a specific per-session rate on this listing. As a premium hotel spa in the Marina Bay Sands complex, session fees are typically higher than standalone wellness studios — holistic treatments at comparable hotel spas in Singapore generally range from S$150 to S$400 or more per session, depending on treatment duration and type. Enquire directly for a full menu and pricing. Confirm whether a first-consultation or intake fee applies separately, whether packages offer a per-session discount over single bookings, and the no-show and cancellation policy, as premium venues commonly charge 50–100% of the session fee for late cancellations. No GP referral is required to book a holistic treatment at Banyan Tree Spa Marina Bay Sands, though most reputable spas conduct a brief intake assessment at the start of the first session. This typically covers health history, contraindications (such as pregnancy, recent surgery, skin conditions, or blood pressure issues), and your specific wellness goals, so the practitioner can tailor the treatment appropriately. If you have a diagnosed medical condition or are recovering from an injury, it is advisable to consult your GP first, as some holistic modalities may interact with ongoing treatment. A GP referral can also support certain insurance claims for allied health or complementary therapy coverage, depending on your insurer's policy. Contact the spa in advance if you have specific health concerns so they can confirm whether the planned treatment is suitable.
No specific regulatory licences are listed for Banyan Tree Spa Marina Bay Sands in this listing. In Singapore, the relevant licensing bodies depend on the treatment modality — physiotherapists and occupational therapists are registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), TCM practitioners with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), and psychologists with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). Spa and holistic massage therapists do not fall under a single mandatory licensing body in Singapore. For a hotel-branded spa of this profile, it is reasonable to ask the spa directly about the training qualifications and professional backgrounds of the practitioners assigned to your treatment.
