First time sending Toffee for boarding as we were on a family trip. Glad to say that we had a very pleasant experience with Battlestar Boarding! Toffee is quite unfriendly to strangers and im very surprised that they could handle her with such ease and even managed to coax her into her carrier. We had daily updates with pictures on Toffee (as posted) and could tell that she was really happy during her stay. When they saw that Toffee had skin issues, they offered to apply their own medicated oilment on her. Truely feel that they are dog lovers! They were also accommodating with the pick up and drop off timing for us as well. Really appreciate the kindness from the owners of Battlestar! Highly recommended!
