Purchase through salesperson Hong at Home Tech Show 2025. He ghosted on us on the first site survey which we have scheduled with our contractor. He came on the rescheduled day and mentioned that he won’t be coming on installation day as he is busy. Installer came on another day and mentioned that the proposed location by salesperson Hong is not appropriate. Installer is a nice indian fellow mentioned that we need to topup $$ for the excess piping. How big can a BTO be lol. Anw After sales is very bad. Bought a TV alongside for $300 topup but he didn’t follow up till we called in 2 months later. He even said the tv has no stock which I called in HQ thereafter. HQ service call operator said I should contact salesperson Hong again. What do you mean I didn’t contact him?? I texted him 1 day he replied the next 2 days. No news if I didn’t prompt him. The Service Call operator then connected me to her manager Mr Johnson who is very helpful and immediately arranged the delivery of our TV. Anw they kept on saying free TV but actually you paid for it. $300 is still a sum of money lol. Goodluck, better read reviews before signing up.

This post I posted in their previous headquarter page but not sure why it’s deleted I guess too many bad reviews so I gonna repost this again as their workers every Month will keep calling you for aircon servicing which I did it once as and won’t go back again as shown in my review below. front office was good but installer doesn't care much about your house design, they just install the trunks as per their convenient and most of them are foreign worker which makes communication even harder! I thought their aircon servicing is better compared to outside , turnout is just normal vacuum and dirty cloth wiping which cost me $160(with voucher). Totally scam. Somemore the guy responded my complaint said their technician are well trained when one of the aircon in my room the technician said he can’t service due to awkward access when it was installed by their own tech. WTH Your company disappointed me twice Won’t engage your company again and will tell all my friends and family about it Wasted my $160 for servicing which anyone also can do Even thought I told them I’m not interested in their servicing anymore, every month their workers will call you and annoy you that your aircon need to be service. Damn annoying and very regret purchasing aircon from bestech For those of you here considering bestech, u advise you pls don’t. It will make you regret and annoyed thereafter! They can always post here apologize etc etc but damaged done and can’t be revert. Money already spent. Pls think twice before buying from bestech. Worst aircon services I encountered all time.

I regret choosing this company. Within less than two years of moving into my BTO, I had to request multiple servicing appointments due to water leakage issues. I later found out from an external service provider that the trunking was installed too small, causing choking and leading to the leakage problems. When I approached the company to rectify the issue, it took nearly a year with no proper resolution. Technicians were sent down to inspect, but no actual repairs or corrective actions were carried out. There was also no proper follow-up from the company. Instead, I continued receiving messages asking if I required servicing, despite the unresolved installation issue. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend this company.
