I’ve had a wonderful experience at Bethesda (Bedok-Tampines) Church. From the moment you walk in, there is a genuine sense of warmth and hospitality that makes you feel right at home. The services are Christ-centered and the sermons are consistently practical, offering deep biblical insights that are easy to apply to daily life. I especially appreciate the strong sense of community here—people truly care for one another, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow through various life groups and ministries. Whether you are living in the Bedok/Tampines area or just passing through, this is a vibrant, welcoming place for anyone looking for a spiritual home. Highly recommended for families and individuals alike!
This place is like an Assembly of God place to worship, and the culture is more to the Born Again culture, where they believe in a relationship with Jesus is more important than being an overly religious person. cultivating a relationship with Jesus/God makes us better people too, whereas being overly religious, makes us follow too much into customary worship practices, that does not really bring us closer to God. If you want to get ministered by the Ho;y Spirit, this is The Place!

Monthly fees at kindergartens in Singapore vary depending on the programme level and session type. Beyond the monthly tuition fee, families should also budget for a one-time registration fee and a deposit — typically equivalent to one to two months of fees — payable upon securing a place. Additional costs such as uniform sets and personal accident or group insurance are common and usually collected separately at the start of each year. Childcare and kindergarten fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the quoted fee is what you pay. Always confirm in writing the full schedule of fees, including any annual or miscellaneous charges, before signing the enrolment contract. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children attending ECDA-registered kindergartens may be eligible for the Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme (KiFAS), which provides means-tested subsidies to offset monthly fees. For childcare centres, eligible families can access the Basic Subsidy — up to S$300 per month for childcare — and working mothers who clock 56 or more hours per month may qualify for the Additional Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy. An Additional Subsidy, income-tested and combined with the Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy, can bring total support up to S$710 per month in some cases. Permanent resident children may receive partial subsidies, though at lower quantum than citizens. Subsidy amounts and qualifying criteria are updated periodically, so it is important to check directly with ECDA at their official website for the most current figures before making enrolment decisions. Confirm with the centre whether they are ECDA-registered and can facilitate subsidy claims on your behalf, as this will determine which schemes apply.
Popular kindergartens and preschools in Singapore frequently carry waitlists, and families are generally advised to enquire three to twelve months ahead of their intended start date. Infant care places tend to be the most competitive, but kindergarten slots at established church-affiliated centres can also fill quickly, especially for the January intake cohort which aligns with the academic year calendar. To secure a place, most centres require payment of a registration fee and, upon acceptance, a deposit. Submitting an enquiry early does not guarantee a place, but it ensures you are considered as soon as a vacancy arises in the relevant age group. Contact Bethesda Bedok Tampines Church Kindergarten directly via phone or the enquiry form to ask about current availability and to find out how their registration process works.
