I visited Better Vision today to repair the nose support on my spectacles. It was a very small issue, but the optician, Jieqi, was extremely friendly and took my request seriously. During our conversation, I asked if she could help check my prescription since I couldn’t remember it clearly — I only knew it was 600+. She immediately agreed to help. After checking, I realised that my previous optician had actually made one of my lenses with the wrong degree... I was very shocked, but Jieqi patiently rechecked my lenses’ degree using different machines and even conducted a full eye test to confirm my current degree! Everything was done very patiently and professionally, and I am truly impressed by the level of service and effort she provided. She is definitely an asset to the company.
