We strongly recommend this branch. Really awesome Optometrists, and sales team. Professional. Courteous. Diligent. From the moment one stepped into the store, Anna welcome us warmly, smiles, and came to us, although the store is crowded during lunch hour! and listened intently our concerns. The Optometrists, Sze Mei, Priscillia, explained and make sure that we understand the tests results. Awesome. Thumbs up. Highly recommend this branch. (Been in to many branches, most recently, at JP for the 1+1 sales, didn't need, but just gotta have it since we love Owndays but hubby had to have his redone as there were no comprehensive eye tests done at JP then! )

I had a very pleasant and educational experience with Jane at OWNDAYS Taka. She was incredibly friendly and affirming when I found out from the test that I have presbyopia and astigmatism, which really helped put me at ease. Jane was very detailed throughout the examination. She clearly demonstrated the differences between astigmatism and presbyopia lenses, showing me how the sharpness changed when I tilted my eyes up and down. She patiently let me try lenses with slightly lower astigmatism power and explained that since mine is mild, it would be perfectly fine to ease into it gradually. She also walked me through the different types of presbyopia lenses, explaining the cost differences and benefits in simple, easy-to-understand terms. I appreciated how she explained what is happening to my eyes and how the lenses would help. Letting me try a sample lens to experience the difference—seeing the floor when looking down and words clearly at a distance—really helped prepare me mentally for the adjustment. Jane even kindly added a note in the system for the staff to guide me again on how to use the spectacles when I collect them and to help me get used to them. Overall, it was truly first-class customer service. Thank you, Jane, for such a thoughtful and professional experience!
