About Bibinogs

About Bibinogs

Bibinogs is a childcare provider offering infant care services, located at 217 East Coast Road, Singapore 428915. The centre is KakiList verified and ACRA registered, providing a basic level of operational confidence. It holds a 5-out-of-5 rating on Google, though this is based on 12 reviews — a small sample that should be treated as directional rather than conclusive. Fees are positioned in the mid-range tier for Singapore infant care, priced on a monthly recurring basis.

For families considering Bibinogs, the process typically begins with an enquiry about available slots for your intended start month, as infant care places in Singapore are in high demand. Parents are encouraged to arrange a centre visit to observe the environment, ask about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, understand the daily routine, and discuss the settling-in period. It is also worth asking about ECDA subsidies, which are available for Singapore citizen children and can meaningfully reduce monthly out-of-pocket costs depending on household income and the mother's employment status.

The clearest next step is to contact Bibinogs directly by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to check current slot availability and arrange a visit to the centre before committing.

Highly recommend. Super flexible (you choose whatever works best for you! Even as little as 1hr once a week), the staff are kind and wonderful with the children, and they don’t put any pressure on you to spend etc. The class sizes are small so your child receives quality care. My 2yr old really likes the mandarin program and is fully engaged. Not to mention they let you come much earlier before class begins just to play!

My little one has been attending mandarin classes here since 16m old and she is fully engaged in class. The classes are small so the kid got a lot of attention and care. Kong Lao Shi is very patient and kind, although we had many teary drop offs initially, now she runs towards her teacher. The school is also very flexible so whenever my kid fell sick we just rescheduled her to join another class, no pressure to turn up or bring your sick kid to school. Imagine if you had to forfeit expensive classes because your child was sick- it would only add stress to the parents. All in all, I am so glad I enrolled my child here and the teachers here exceeded my expectations. I am grateful that my child is in safe hands and picking up mandarin quickly!

My daughter loves going to school. I was looking for a Mandarin only class for my toddler. It is a small class size with lovely teachers.

My 18-month-old usually takes a quite while to open up to new people. But the warmth and patience of the teachers, as well as the conducive environment make learning truly enjoyable for her. She looks forward to going for classes every week!

Thank you Janice and your team of excellent teachers in Bibinogs tides! Teachers are very caring and patient here. My child was able to settle in quickly and she picked up mandarin pretty fast in Bibinog’s bilingual program. Highly recommended!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Bibinogs charge per month?

Bibinogs uses a monthly recurring fee structure, which is standard for infant care centres in Singapore. Beyond the base monthly fee, families should ask about a registration fee (typically a one-off charge), a deposit (commonly equivalent to one to two months' fees), and any additional costs for uniforms or personal accident insurance for the child. Childcare and infant care fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the monthly figure quoted should reflect the full amount payable. Always confirm in writing what is included in the monthly fee — for example, meals, nappies, and daily consumables — as these vary between centres. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →

What subsidies can I claim at Bibinogs?

Singapore citizen children enrolled in ECDA-licensed infant care centres may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$600 per month. Working mothers who work at least 56 hours per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy. Lower-income families may access the Additional Subsidy, which is income-tested and can bring total combined subsidy support up to approximately S$710 per month. Permanent resident children may qualify for partial subsidies at lower quantum levels. These subsidy amounts and income thresholds are subject to periodic revision by ECDA. It is important to verify current figures and eligibility criteria directly with ECDA or the centre before making financial decisions based on subsidy estimates. Note that Bibinogs does not currently list ECDA licensing in its credentials — confirm directly with the centre whether they are ECDA-licensed, as this is a prerequisite for subsidy claims.

Is there a waitlist at Bibinogs?

Infant care places in Singapore are among the most competitive in the childcare sector. For popular centres, parents are advised to enquire three to twelve months ahead of the intended start date. The January intake is typically the busiest period, as it aligns with the start of the school calendar year, so families targeting a January start should begin enquiries well in advance. Securing a place commonly requires payment of a registration fee and a deposit. Given that Bibinogs has a small number of public reviews, current waitlist status is not possible to assess from public information alone. Contact Bibinogs directly by phone or through the enquiry form to ask about current availability and the process for reserving a place.
