DO NOT engage Big Mama unless you want to be traumatised, not get cleaned laundry, and waste a lot, a lot of unnecessary time. Firstly, pick up— did not pick up within time frame. No heads up, no text, no call, and took for granted that everyone has nothing better to do and would waiting at the door for them. Had to pack the laundry in a hurry, causing unnecessary stress. Did not even complain about this until what was about to come after: Delivery was supposed to be on 14/2 at 1-4pm I also texted on the morning to give a headsup to follow the order timing as I was working in the morning. I even asked for the next delivery date in case that the delivery personnel could not meet order time frame. However, instead, was assured via WhatsApp representative that the delivery personnel would call before delivery and deliver after 1PM. At 14/2, 10:26AM, while I was at work, I received an aggressive call and threat. The delivery personnel shouted that he was “leaving the area” and “would not back in the area” anymore. I literally had cold sweat and stabbing pains from my nerves during and after the call. I do not understand why I am being punished for following an order timing I have placed and paid for. After the call, I was uneasy at work; I rushed home right after work and reached home before 1:00PM, before the agreed timing. I patiently waited till 3:36PM before texting a very polite SMS to the delivery personnel to ask when he would be dropping by. No reply. Therefore, I patiently waited more till 4:08PM, past the agreed timeframe. I then called and was told the delivery would be at 5+PM. The delivery was way beyond the time frame I booked and paid for; and was not even passed to me after all the torturous waiting and keeping my phone with me. It was left on floors with cockroaches, and absorbing neighbour’s chain smoking. Vitally, I had to postpone my appointment with my friends— missing an entire meal we had booked months in advance and made deposit for; and this means not fulfilling my part of promise to my dear friends. Precious time was also forcefully taken away from us; this is especially so since my friends are only in Singapore for a few days. Most importantly, while other laundromats would seal the bags with cleaned laundry then packed the sealed bags in carrier bags (at least two layers); however, Big Mama uncaringly just uses ONE absolutely thin layer of carrier bag. No sealed bag, whatsoever. Definitely no double layers. The bags came with many holes and tears with my clothes absorbing dirt, dust, and smoke— see pictures. I have no choice but to send the laundry for wash again with a different laundromat after the traumatising waste of time, yet Big Mama refuses to refund and is still unlawfully holding on to my money after 10 days. They are also not apologetic. Nothing from them except wasting a lot of precious time and damaging my clothes, and yet they are still continuing to waste time asking for more “proof”. Absolutely traumatising experience. Please, no matter what, DO NOT engage Big Mama.

Would give negative star if I can. This shop ruined my puffer jacket and didn't have the integrity to own up. How could you do this to customers to trusted your professionalism? Sent a few pieces of winter clothing in Dec 2024 to this laundry shop. Collection was delayed and got my sis to help picked up sometime in January. They packed it nicely in a plastic carrier (and hid the burnt holes). Upon collection, we kept it in the luggage as we don't often travel in winter. Now that we are packing for our upcoming trip, we realised there are a few burnt marks/holes at the bottom (both inside and outside) of the puffer jacket!!! Bought this jacket in Korea for $200 and I can only cry and blame myself now for trusting this shop and not removing the carrier to check upon collection. 😭😭😭 It's been almost a year and I doubt this unethical shop will do anything for me since they weren't honest to own up to their mistake in the first place. Trying desperately to patch up the holes now and felt imperative to warn everyone. Please check your garments thoroughly upon collection if you still can trust their professionalism.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this dry cleaner..They ruined my expensive LV t-shirt as you can see on the photo attached. The leather straps are completely ruined and when I asked them about it, they gave me ridiculous excuses and did not want to take responsibility. I strongly advise you guys not to take your valuable and expensive clothes here! Unprofessional and unacceptable!

I'm extremely disappointed that my down jacket that I sent to your dry cleaning service. When I got it back, the polyester fabric on the sleeve was crumbled and looked like it had been overheated. When I asked the staff she replied “it’s like that after cleaning and when you bring over already like that!” That's unacceptable. I mentioned this is a new jacket bought in Dec and it’s my first time washing and it's clear the damage is from improper handling. Please investigate and take responsibility for the damage. Reply to owner response on 7 Mar 2026: You didn’t check with staff, I’ve already sent for 2nd cleaning when your staff said that it’ll improve but it’s still the same. I disagree with your conclusion that the fabric tension during washing caused this issue. If fabric tension were the cause, the bubbling would likely appear across *the entire surface of the winter jacked* not only on a specific area of the right sleeve. As shown clearly in the photo, *there are visible imprint marks that resemble the pattern of steam holes from an iron.* These marks are faintly visible on the sleeve, and the affected area is noticeably stiffer compared to the Left sleeve. Given this evidence, attributing the issue solely to the fabric material does not seem fair or professional. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and take appropriate responsibility for the defect.
