About Big Red Singapore
Big Red Singapore is a part-time cleaning service operating islandwide from its Bedok North base. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered, which confirms a traceable business entity. It holds a 4.5/5 rating across 16 Google reviews, though the sample is small and should be treated as directional rather than conclusive. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range ($$) on an hourly model, consistent with market norms for part-time cleaning in Singapore.
To book a session, contact Big Red Singapore via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form. Confirm the hourly rate, the minimum session length (typically 3–4 hours), and whether cleaning equipment and supplies are provided or homeowner-supplied. Let them know your property type — HDB, condo, or landed — and whether you need a one-off clean, a weekly recurring arrangement, a deep clean, or a post-renovation or pre-move-in clean, as these are priced differently. It is worth confirming the nationality of the helper assigned to your booking: Singaporean and PR helpers may be hired directly, but any foreign part-time helper must be deployed by a MOM-licensed cleaning company — direct hire of a foreign freelancer is illegal under MOM rules and exposes the homeowner to fines of S$5,000–10,000 and a two-year ban on hiring domestic helpers. Ask Big Red Singapore to confirm their MOM licensing position before your first booking.
To get started, reach out via WhatsApp with your property type, preferred day and time, and whether you want a one-off or recurring arrangement, and request a written confirmation of the rate and helper details before the session.
If the helper is foreign, confirm the company's MOM cleaning business licence before booking — the penalty for hiring an unlicensed foreign freelancer lands on you, not them.
A big thank you to Big Red and to Neil, (indoor air quality and mold remediation consultant), for his prompt and professional advice and useful tips for the mold issues I've had in my home. I couldn't have had a better peace of mind without the remediation services offered . Also for the excellent job in restoring my badly water stained parquet to as good as new! A highly reliable and trusted company with a friendly team of consultants and techs, I would definitely recommend Big Red to anyone in need of restoration services. Jenna (residence)
Had my carpet cleaned by Big Red again a few months ago and decided to share my experience now. With the upcoming festive seasons, I do not want other customers to receive substandard service from them too. My carpet was returned 2 weeks after cleaning. My helper told me that the previous time when the carpet was returned, it was still covered with dust and hair. I decided to check it out myself this time by vacuuming it with a water-base vacuum cleaner. To my horror, the container of water was grey with a lot of hair and dirt in it! I contacted Big Red who insisted that they had carried out extensive professional cleaning on the carpet. My question to them was that if my home standard vacuum cleaner can pick up those dirt and hair, why are they not being picked up by their professional cleaning..?! They couldn't give me a logical answer.. My conclusion is - NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!!
Big Red Carpet has the capability to turn a 35 year old dull looking broken marble flooring into a good as new state within two days. The dedication and precision of its employees is indeed laudable. Why would anyone be requiring new flooring when the existing one can be made to look as good as new in record time.
Big Red did an excellent job in restoring my home. The guys in red - Shamim, Aminul and team, thank you so much for doing a thorough job. Superb team-work and good work attitute. Thanks to Neil and Azid as well for their empathy towards our situation. They patiently answered all my questions. Highly recommended team if you’re looking for home restoration services.
I'd like to thank Big Red for saving me from my mom! They helped me remove a coke stain off my carpet which I had dropped during a house party. Not only is the carpet looking good as new, my mom was really impressed with me for finding Big Red as well! Very good service and friendly staff. Thank you Big Red!

Big Red Singapore prices on an hourly basis, in line with the Singapore market rate of roughly S$18–25/hour from licensed companies, with a typical minimum of 3–4 hours per visit. A standard recurring session for an HDB flat might therefore run S$54–100 per visit depending on duration and scope. One-off deep cleans are generally priced higher than recurring sessions — market norms run S$150–800 depending on property size, with post-renovation cleans at S$350–1,800 and pre-move-in cleans at S$400–2,500. Confirm whether cleaning equipment and supplies are included in the rate or whether you need to provide them. A fixed quote for one-off jobs is worth requesting in writing before the session begins. Foreign part-time helpers must be deployed through a MOM-licensed cleaning company — it is illegal under MOM rules to hire a foreign freelancer directly, regardless of how the arrangement is found (Carousell, WhatsApp, Facebook groups, or word of mouth). The penalty for unlawful hiring falls on the homeowner: a fine of S$5,000–10,000 and a two-year ban on hiring any domestic helpers. Big Red Singapore's regulatory licences are not listed on this profile, so it is important to ask them directly to confirm their MOM licensing status before booking if any foreign helper is involved. Singaporean and PR helpers can be hired directly without these constraints, and no MOM cleaning business licence is required for a company deploying only Singaporean or PR workers. Confirm the company's licensed status and the nationality of your assigned helper in writing before the first session.
Public liability insurance — typically S$500,000 minimum — is the standard cover for part-time cleaning companies in Singapore and protects against damage to your property or belongings during a session. Ask Big Red Singapore for their policy details in writing, including the insurer name and coverage limit, before your first booking. For recurring arrangements, also confirm their substitute policy: if your regular helper is unavailable due to illness or leave, a reliable company should be able to send a trained substitute within 24 hours rather than leaving you without coverage. It is also worth clarifying whether the same helper is assigned to each visit under a regular-helper model, or whether different helpers may attend each time under a booking-pool model — consistency affects both trust and cleaning quality over time.
