She was part of the reason we had decided on Bilrich. We chose the Kampus LVT series from Swiss and it was installed smoothly in Dec 2018. Just share my purchase experience here. I found this company through Google Maps 2 years ago. At that time, the salesperson verbally promised there has 10-years guarantee period. On Feb this year, I found two pieces of vinyl floor were raised and almost scratched my feet. So I try to contact saleperson via whatsapp, but she read and did not reply. A few days later, I called the office phone and she picked up that will come to my house to check. But it took another week she came to check and insisted that it was not a product problem. If we open the floor to do further check ,they will charge and the fee is not low. Finally, I complained to the Consumer Association of Singapore. The two parties communicated through many emails through the Consumer Association. In the end, no consensus was reached. I gave up other solutions provided by the Consumer Association. I jsut share my story here and don't do any judgment for this matter.The company should tell anothe version sotry . But for me ,its over and will open my eyes for future purchases.
