Being second time renovating my house, I have higher expectations and I am more decisive with what I want. & what can I say, Blackwood meet my expectations right from our first interaction. The responses are prompt and they have been nothing but efficient. While most IDs and contractors gave us an estimation of 2 months completion date, Blackwood gave us 1 month. They delivered what they promised and on some occasions went beyond the extra mile for us. Me and my husband are grateful for their honest business ethics and transparency. Their prices are reasonable enough for us to add on more reno work for them to do. I highly recommend them to do your house because apart from efficient planning coordination, they offer good design ideas that are practical as well. After living in our home of 25 years, we decided it was well past time to give it the makeover it deserves. We contacted Fei, due to its positive online reviews and photographs. He was responsive and offered his advice and expertise on the relevant options, possible realistic challenges, and budget. Even when we had some misunderstanding regarding the colour choice (error on our end), he was very understanding and accommodating, allowing us to reconsider our options of colours carefully. The work was completed swiftly and with thorough workmanship. He also extended post-sales services such as touching up at no extra cost, which we were very grateful for. We’ve also received a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors who have seen our new flooring. We would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Price was reasonable. Workmanship is fine for the price given. But in the end, everything was screw up due to miscommunication. I already mention i need to rush because of hand over date, and i already given my move in date. My side delay for painting and electrical work. But he did not mention due to that everything my will be delayed and expect me to know, and said it is common sense. In the end, i got to find another feng shui date which cause me so much inconvenienced cause my annual leave cannot be change and it is not good to proceed with a not completed renovation.In the end, i do not want to force myself to rush in with not completed renovation and i have to cancel all my house warming and need to pay for another trip for moving. Delayed my hand over date to buyer too. I just share my experience here, if you can communicate well and tell them everything with written black and white, then it would be fine.
