TTG did a fabulous job of bringing our cosy home vibes to live! The whole process from the start to the end, was an extremely smooth and pleasant journey for us. Joey easily accommodated our design changes when requested for. Once works began, she was also very proactive - always sending us the latest updates of the completed works. In addition, anytime we had questions Kenrick, Joey, and Matthew were quick to answer. The team was also flexible with changes. TTG’s attention to detail for all the built in carpentry and our niche wall is great. We love the finished product, and works were also completed ahead of time. After completion, Joey told of us any defects and the TTG team rectified it all very efficiently. Thank you TTG for all your efficiency, attention to detail, and service!

Amazing job to the TTG team! From their sales, to consultation, to the builders, everyone was incredibly friendly, understanding and truly brought my vision to life! It's crazy to think that I could fit a walk-in closet in the small master bedroom but TTG made it happen and it looks so luxurious! I also really appreciated that the team made us feel comfortable enough to communicate our budget, and tried their best to work with it to ensure we got everything we wanted. Extra thank you to Joey and Matthew who made time to attend patiently to every single concern we had. Suriya also helped us out a lot in communicating with the other contractors. But all in all, every single person from TTG we worked with were great!

Timber Guys have been an absolute godsend. I engaged them directly after facing major issues with my ID and previous contractors, and the difference has been night and day. Their technical drawings, workmanship, customer service, reliability, and timeliness are all exceptional — easily 10,000× better than what I experienced with my ID, yet at a direct-contractor price. Joey is the most empathetic person I’ve met in the reno industry. Very attentive, responsive, client-centric, and went the distance to help me resolve the issues caused by my other contractors. She carries integrity in all that she does and the person I trust the most in my reno journey. Sifu, their master carpenter, is incredibly skilled, meticulous, and takes real pride in his craft. Most importantly, unlike many contractors out there, Timber Guys genuinely care about their customers and their reputation. They handled almost all the carpentry work in my home and even rectified my botched concealed doors, which were very difficult to fix. The end result exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended!
