I recently purchased a customized sofa from Blafink and had a great time selecting the fabric and colors. Janice provided good advice and she knew exactly what I was looking for. I eventually opted for a gray base with blue back cushions and armrests, and the end result was exactly what I envisioned. The seat cushions are firm and comfortable, and the overall quality of the sofa is excellent. However, the service experience was less than ideal. Their first site visit for measurements was delayed, and I had to call to check their whereabouts since they didn’t inform me in advance. To their credit, they did apologize promptly and provided good service recovery. The sofa required 8–10 weeks for customization, with a tentative delivery date of February 28. When I followed up on February 17, they assured me they would update me but didn’t. I had to chase them again on February 26, only to find out that the sofa was already ready. They quickly scheduled delivery for the morning of February 28, and thankfully, everything arrived smoothly. Overall, while I’m very happy with the product itself, the lack of proactive communication and punctuality was disappointing. If they improve their service reliability, it would make the experience much better. Would recommend for quality, but be prepared to follow up on your own.

We got our custom-made luxurious bed frame from Blafink and we love it! They were attentive to details and ensured the colours match the interior decor of our house. They also went the extra mile to complement our bed with soft back cushions. The service is really top notch and the quality of the bed is excellent. Bought a 2 seater sofa, curtains and bedframe from Blafink and I was not disappointed! Lawrence was a huge help and he guided me (patiently) through my various questions and queries as I am clueless about purchasing furniture. From choosing the fabrics, customizing the softness of the cushions, adjusting the depth of the sofa and the width of the handles, as well as choosing the sofa pillows and legs, Blafink truly does it all and the furniture exceeded my expectations! Not only was it aesthetically pleasing, it was comfortable to sit in and has been put to the test on my weekly EPL routine. Highly recommend Blafink to anyone looking for high-quality furniture that is customizable, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing! Thank you Blafink and Lawrence!

Edited: I changed my star (from 1 to 3 star neutral), since the team that handle my complain show effort and nice. When the all problem solved, I’ll change the entire review. ———————— I’m just a disappointed customer. I bought a $4800 bed frame, but the service is so bad that they can not recommend the perfect height for a Heveya mattress, even though I know them from Heveya's recommendation (so ironic, isn't it?). The PIC that I got was very slow response in everything. The bed finished took so long, it's better you bought from another place, lah. The delivery team was also bad. They didn't put my mattress nicely, so it didn't fit into the bedframe. And you know the latex mattress is so heavy, I’m 9month pregnant, and from blafink solution only to call Heveya to ask them help me to put the mattress, so funny solution asking another company to clean their mess 😂😂 I also see many creases, which are not smooth on the fabric. I think they want the customer to steam the fabric by themselves too lah 👍🏻 and also their making it’s not good, you can see in the photo that the fabric not fully cover inside 🙂. I think I get scammed.
