The onsite team is efficient in the installation, also cleaning up the place after installation. They were very quick to set up a time for dismantling and installation. While under warranty, my aircon stopped getting cold when 2 are in use together even after servicing. Been contacting and messaging and calling them for 2 weeks and still no one has come to fix the issue while my family can only enjoy warm air blown from our aircons in this high temperature season.
