My daughter attended Blossom Educare Centre (Hougang) for PG and is currently in N1. There is a warm and caring environment at Blossom, and I am very satisfied with the service provided. My daughter has learned a lot, speaks well of her teachers and classmates, and has learnt social and self-care skills. We would like to commend Teacher Suzanna, Meng Laoshi and Teacher Pat in particular, for their care and support in teaching our daughter and helping her adjust to the new schooling environment. We have been provided with thoughtful and detailed feedback on our daughter's progress. The syllabus for the children is also well thought out and varied, with many fun themed days and festive celebrations. The school excursions are also affordable and well-planned, and do not require parents to take leave and accompany. The locations chosen are interesting and entertaining for the children. We would be happy to recommend Blossom to other parents. (:
Today, we met up with other parents whose children started primary school this year—and the feedback is unanimous: our kids are thriving thanks to the solid foundation they received at Blossom Educare. Their P1 teachers have all commented on how well-prepared and adjusted they are. Their centre is also non air conditioned, making it easier to control the spread of illnesses. However, they do switch on the aircon for naps. Their classrooms are also segregated by walls (I.e. rooms), unlike many places where the classes are segregated via shelves. Today, despite the kids not having met for 6 months, they played as though they never left one another. We are truly grateful to the caring teachers who have created and deepened those bonds amongst the children, nurturing literacy skills and setting them up for success in P1.

Blossom Edugroup operates on a monthly recurring fee model, priced at the mid-range tier for Singapore infant care. Beyond the monthly fee, families should ask about a one-time registration fee and a deposit, which is typically equivalent to two months of fees. You should also clarify whether uniforms, insurance, and consumables such as milk formula or nappies are included or billed separately. Childcare and infant care fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, which is worth confirming with the centre. The full monthly commitment, including all ancillary charges, should be set out clearly in the parent contract before you sign. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in licensed infant care centres may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$600 per month. Working mothers who clock 56 or more hours per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy. Lower-income families can apply for the Additional Subsidy, which is income-tested and can bring the combined subsidy support to up to S$710 per month when stacked with other schemes. Permanent resident children are eligible for partial subsidies at lower quantum. Subsidies apply only at ECDA-licensed centres. As subsidy rates and eligibility criteria are subject to revision, always check the latest figures directly with ECDA before planning your budget. Contact Blossom Edugroup to confirm whether they are an ECDA-licensed operator and can facilitate subsidy applications on your behalf.
Infant care places in Singapore are among the most competitive in the childcare sector. Parents are generally advised to enquire between three and twelve months ahead of their intended start date. January is the peak intake month, as it aligns with the start of the school year, so places for that period tend to fill earliest. To secure a slot, centres typically require payment of a registration fee and a deposit. These amounts and the terms for holding a place should be confirmed in writing. Contact Blossom Edugroup directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to check current availability for your preferred start month.
