About Bonbon's Pet Grooming
Bonbon's Pet Grooming is a pet grooming service operating islandwide from its Marina Square location at 6 Raffles Blvd, #03-120/121, Singapore 039594. The listing is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a Google rating of 4.6 out of 5 across 384 reviews, which represents a robust sample and offers a meaningful signal of customer satisfaction. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier ($$), though specific grooming fees were not available at the time of listing.
When enquiring about grooming services, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, and coat type on hand, as these factors typically influence the session fee. Owners with dogs or cats that have specific temperament considerations — such as anxiety around noise or unfamiliar handling — are encouraged to mention this upfront so the groomer can prepare accordingly. Ask whether a trial or familiarisation visit is available before committing to a regular schedule, and confirm what is included in each session, such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, or blow-drying. You will likely need to present up-to-date vaccination records at the time of drop-off.
To get started, reach out to Bonbon's Pet Grooming via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to share your pet's details, check available appointment slots, and confirm the full list of services and pricing before your first visit.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
First experience here tonight at Bonbon with our 2.5-year-old getting his haircut 💇🏻♂️ Must say this has been our most professional and meticulous haircut for our boy so far! 👏🏻 His stylist was great with the hair length just right, and did frequent check-ins to make sure along the way. Fuss-free experience for our kid who sat still the whole time. Thank you! 🙏🏻
I recently tried the AURA Smoothening Treatment at Bonbon Blowout Bar+ and I’m so glad I did. My hair was feeling dry, unruly, and hard to manage, especially in this humid Singapore weather but this treatment totally changed that. The salon team was professional, warm, and super detailed when explaining the process. The treatment itself was gentle, formaldehyde-free (big plus!), and surprisingly comfortable. Best part? My hair now feels silky, hydrated, and looks so much healthier. I’ve been getting compliments non-stop hehe Thank you Bonbon 💖💖💖💖
Heard of this kids friendly hair salon for the longest time but only managed to try it out now. First of all, I am happy on the ease of booking. When I tried the online booking, I couldn't find an earlier slot than noon time and WA them, they responded quickly to my queries and my booking was swiftly done. I went with my girls and were early by half an hour. Even in the late morning, the salon was already buzzling with customers. Mainly on a Sat were kids doing haircuts. My 10 years old girls were booked for cut, wash, and blow service. The hair stylists attending to them were great. They not only listened to what a parent expected from a haircut, they took the effort to talk to my kids and understand from them what they want from the hair cut. They showed photos of what they wanted, and the hair stylists patiently explained to them what to expect. The hair cut, wash, and blow were done very satisfactory, and the girls loved the experience. I think the bonbon blowout bar stands out for 3 reasons. First is having the really cute decor and tablets at child friendly station helped, 2nd to commend on the dedicate hair stylists and breeze of booking. I am also happy to receive the receipt via email, and 3rd, the price of the services is affordable. I will definitely recommend anyone (kids and adults) to try their service.
We chose Bonbon Blowout Bar+ at Marina Square for my daughter’s haircut after frequently passing by the salon. On our first visit, we tried a walk-in around 4 PM on a weekend but were informed that their schedule was packed. They kindly offered a slot at 7:30 PM, but we decided to come back another day. Yesterday, we visited again, this time with a booking. The booking process was seamless—I reached out via WhatsApp and followed the automated message to book through the provided link. Special mention to Lisa, who was absolutely amazing during the entire hair styling process! She was attentive, understood exactly what my daughter wanted, and even shared some great hairstyling tips. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the experience, from the hair wash and blow-dry to the haircut itself. The end result was fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier!
Reservation system on appointy is not reliable at all - slots are indicated as open when they are not, you’re only informed when the salon calls to say they are fully booked. Obviously they are not on top of managing their bookings. Giving feedback directly to staff doesn’t seem to work as the staff managing bookings via phone call simply redirected to an email on their website to provide feedback. Does not seem like customer service is a priority and from other reviews this seems like a recurring issue with the salon. Haircuts for my kid are acceptable but depends on your luck with your assigned stylist as we had a stylist that didn’t take much effort with a cut previously. Edit: amending review from 1⭐️ to 3⭐️ as after our appointment we had a staff speak with us in person about our feedback. Will review subsequent experiences against this. Bottom line - just contact via WhatsApp/call for your bookings to avoid any frustration.

Grooming fees in Singapore typically vary by pet size, breed, and coat condition. Small dogs and cats generally attract lower base rates, while larger or double-coated breeds may be charged a size or coat-type surcharge. Add-on services such as de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail grinding, and ear cleaning are commonly priced separately on top of the base session fee. Specific pricing for Bonbon's Pet Grooming was not available at the time of this listing. It is advisable to confirm the full fee breakdown — including any add-ons — directly with the provider before booking. See the full pet grooming cost guide for Singapore →
Most grooming facilities in Singapore require dogs to be current on core vaccinations, typically DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine is standard. Some groomers also request proof of bordetella vaccination, particularly if pets come into contact with others on the premises. Vaccination records are usually checked at drop-off, and proof of vaccination within the past 12 months is the common requirement. Contact Bonbon's Pet Grooming directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before your first appointment, and bring your pet's vaccination booklet or digital records on the day.
In Singapore, grooming-only businesses are not subject to the same Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) licensing requirements as boarding facilities, though operators handling animals are expected to comply with the Animals and Birds Act and relevant AVS guidelines. Bonbon's Pet Grooming does not list any regulatory licences in this directory entry. Bonbon's Pet Grooming is KakiList-verified, and its Google rating of 4.6 out of 5 across 384 reviews provides a reasonable basis for initial confidence. That said, it is worth asking the provider directly about their insurance arrangements and the protocol they follow if a pet is injured, becomes unwell, or has an adverse reaction during a grooming session. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
If Bonbon's Pet Grooming isn't the right fit, these are other pet grooming providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
