Enquire by sharing your event date, venue, and headcount so the team can confirm availability and recommend the most suitable package. For weddings, it is worth discussing whether coverage spans the full day — from ROM solemnisation or gatecrash through to the banquet — or a selected portion, and whether both photography and videography are required together or separately. Clarify the number of edited images or video deliverables, the turnaround time for the final gallery or film, and whether a pre-wedding or engagement shoot is included. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is standard in Singapore to secure your date; confirm the balance schedule, rescheduling policy, and whether the team carries public liability insurance for venue setups. For banquet-heavy weddings with dialect-group customs — such as Hokkien or Cantonese gatecrash games or tea ceremony sequences — flag these in advance so the photographers can plan for the right moments.
Contact Bone and Grey Bridal Photography via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to check availability for your wedding date and request a full package breakdown.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Had a lovely time trying her collection! It was a comfortable experience, she helped to take extra pictures and also sent a summary of recommended sizes after our visit. The materials were so soft and nice, we could see the quality in her gowns. Worth the visit :) thank you Joy!
Leaving a long overdue review for Joy - I visited Bone & Grey in October, and I found it to be the most enjoyable gown shopping experience out of the five shops I visited. Joy was really helpful in helping me figure out the sorts of silouhettes that flatter my body type, and was honest with her feedback on how each dress looked. No hard selling or upselling, and I did not feel rushed in deciding on a dress on the spot. I'm pretty indecisive so I visited twice before getting two gowns, and Joy was very patient each time. Thank you for creating such a wonderful, stress-free and comfortable experience, and thanks for the chats :)
Really enjoyed the stress-free try on experience! Joy was helpful, patient, honest on how the dresses look (while remaining tactful). She also gave a lot of use inputs on suitable dresses for my body type, and in one fitting I know what works for me. Dresses here are designed by her, and at a very reasonable price point! Thank you Joy for the great customised experience :) I highly recommend any future brides to give her designs a try!
I first discovered Bone and Grey randomly on IG and boy am I glad I did! Had not-so-nice experiences previously at other bridal studios where the staff seemed almost unhappy to help, and I felt pressured to make a decision there and then. Bone and Grey however ticked off almost everything on my list when finding a dress - gorgeous minimalist styles (which are so hard to find in Singapore), affordable prices, and a lovely experience. Joy was super helpful and patient throughout the whole session, and really made me feel at ease trying on different dresses and veils. The dresses were all well-made and are all very flattering and she has a variety of sizes to try on too. Joy helped to take photos of the dresses and sent them over for me to refer to after the appointment, which was something I really appreciated. I had no pressure whatsoever to decide on the spot, but safe to say I think I found the one!
Highly recommend! We first came across Bones & Grey at a Hitcheed event and fell in love with the Luna gown. It’s a beautiful 3-piece design — seamless, versatile, and perfect for our pre-wedding shoot. The gown fit perfectly and turned out exactly as described. Joy’s service was exceptional. She was never pushy and offered lots of helpful advice. Her after-sales service was wonderful too — she even shared tips on how to clean and maintain the gown.

Bone and Grey Bridal Photography prices its services as packages rather than hourly. For context, full-day wedding photography in Singapore typically runs S$2,500–6,000+, and full-day videography S$3,000–8,000+; combined photo-and-video packages are often more competitive than booking separately. Confirm with the studio exactly what each package covers: hours of coverage, number of photographers or videographers, edited image count or video length, turnaround time for the final gallery or film, and whether a pre-wedding shoot is bundled in. A deposit of roughly 30–50% is standard on signing to hold the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. GST should be confirmed if applicable. For weddings, six to twelve months ahead is advisable, particularly for popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November — these dates fill earliest and in-demand studios typically have no availability within three months of the event. Even for weekday solemnisations or smaller ceremonies, enquiring four to six months out gives you the most choice of package and photographer. Confirm at the time of booking whether your specific date is held by the deposit alone or requires a signed contract. Ask about the rescheduling policy if your ROM or banquet date changes, and whether the deposit is transferable to a new date should circumstances require it.
The industry standard in Singapore is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the event date, with the remaining balance due one to two weeks before the wedding. The deposit typically covers the date hold and any pre-event consultation or planning time. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date — confirm the exact terms in writing before signing. Also ask about the cancellation policy if a force-majeure event requires postponement, the protocol if the lead photographer is unavailable on the day, and whether public liability insurance is held — some venues, particularly HDB void decks and condo function rooms, require a copy of the certificate before permitting setup.
