Bow Wow Pets is a KakiList-verified pet grooming provider operating islandwide across Singapore, registered with ACRA. When getting in touch with Bow Wow Pets, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, coat type, and general temperament to hand, as these factors typically influence the grooming package recommended. Vaccination records — including DHPP and rabies for dogs, or FVRCP for cats — are usually required before a first appointment, so gathering these in advance will speed up the booking process. It is worth enquiring about whether a trial visit is available, particularly if your pet is anxious or unfamiliar with grooming, and confirming whether the service is drop-off at their location on Lorong L Telok Kurau or available as a mobile visit. If grooming is something you plan to arrange on a recurring basis, ask about scheduling options and any package rates.
To take the next step, reach out to Bow Wow Pets directly via WhatsApp or phone to describe your pet's breed and coat condition, share vaccination records, and confirm available appointment slots.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
I sent my dog Shandee for grooming at Bow Wow today and I’m honestly extremely impressed by the quality of their work. They did such an amazing job — she came back so clean, fresh, and beautifully groomed. Everything was done very neatly and professionally. What really stood out to me was their pricing. As a large dog owner, I’m used to being overcharged at many grooming places, but Bow Wow was very reasonable and affordable without compromising on quality at all. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable groomer. They’re definitely my go-to groomers from now on. Will be coming back again and again! 🐶✨
I brought my dog here for grooming, and when we got home, I discovered that one of my corgi nipples had been cut during the grooming session. What’s worse, the groomer didn’t even inform me about it. I only noticed it myself later on. This is totally unacceptable — as pet owners, we trust groomers to handle our pets with care and honesty. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and responsibility.
Got Lemon here at 7 months old, which is slightly older for a puppy - but we can tell how loved and well-cared for she was at the shop! Lemon is very well socialised to other dogs and to new people, and already has the basica of potty training and walking. Extremely pleased with how well Lemon has been trained and how easily she settled into her new home.
My go to place to send my furbaby for her bath and grooming! The staff are friendly and seem to genuinely care about the dogs so its nice to know my Ollie is in great hands :) (photo was when they did a christmas themed post-grooming photo they sent to me!)
Second visit to Bow Wow for full grooming on my golden retriever and Pom because I really like how the groomers are able to give a nice and neat cut. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Recommend to bring your fur kids for grooming.

Grooming prices in Singapore typically vary based on your pet's size, breed, and coat type. Small dogs such as Malteses or Shih Tzus generally attract lower base rates, while larger or double-coated breeds such as Golden Retrievers or Huskies command higher fees. Add-on services — such as de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning — are usually priced separately on top of the base grooming package. Specific pricing for Bow Wow Pets was not available at the time of this listing. Contact them directly via WhatsApp or phone for a quote tailored to your pet's profile. Most grooming providers in Singapore require dogs to be vaccinated against DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies, with proof of vaccination typically needed to be current within the past 12 months. For cats, FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) vaccination is the standard requirement. Some facilities also ask for bordetella (kennel cough) protection, particularly if your pet will be in close proximity to other animals. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a certificate from your vet when dropping off for the first time. If records are not up to date, schedule a vet visit before booking. Contact Bow Wow Pets directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before your appointment.
Bow Wow Pets is ACRA-registered and has been verified by a KakiList team member who confirmed its operating details and contact channels. In Singapore, grooming facilities are regulated by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. Boarding operations specifically require an AVS licence; grooming-only premises have separate requirements under AVS guidelines. No regulatory licences were listed for Bow Wow Pets at the time of this entry. Before your first visit, it is advisable to ask the provider directly about their AVS compliance status and whether they carry insurance covering injury or illness to a pet while in their care. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
