The admin staff is friendly and explain their time line and planning so well that i could see the vet in the ppssible short waiting time. The vet explain it in detail and check my in cooperative dog with the help of another 2 staff. And she do things quite fast, not like most of the vet taking own sweet time, trying to create the image that they are popular and busy. Price was reasonable

Late review but brought our cat here based on referral in 2024. Vet gave a shocked reply when we told her we could not handle the cat as it is quite timid and we are new owners with lack of experience. End up she threw our cat to her nurses without even checking on him. How to feel reassuring when the professional herself is showing lack of confidence and skills? Vet bills were also ridiculous. Nurse kept calling us over the phone and pressurizing to add on services and it came out to be almost $300 for castration and ear cleaning only. Honestly surprised by the 4star reviews. Have long switched to a much caring and professional veterinary.

The Doctor Wendy here is very approachable and i don’t know how to explain but she just gives a very calm and genuine vibe, like she is really keen on helping. She would give advices on how I should or should not spend my money in medical for pets. Even when I mentioned I want to spend less, she openly gave me tips on what to do or how to take advantage of various govt subsidies. In the past I visited some vets who seem arrogant and may try to find issue with your pet so that they can charge more for non required services. But this one is really very genuine. Their clinic is small and humble in a nice HDB estate, surrounded by coffee shops which is very convenient. The reception staffs/nurses outside are also very friendly. They go out of their way to give advices too and don’t treat me as just a customer. From the way they speak I can really sense their genuine and humble personality too, similar to the Doctor. There are other places I go where they may give a “looked down upon” look when they know you hope to save money, but not this one. I am very grateful to have found this clinic and the reviews on google are real. I see that there are reviews about the long waits; I feel it’s because the doctor put in additional effort in seeing each patients instead of rushing through, hence unavoidably there may be delays. And this is justifiable I feel. If you are concerned about rates and need to clarify anything, just WhatsApp them will do. Speaking to Dr Wendy just makes me feel like I’m getting advices from my teachers back in schooling days.. thank you!
