My son has just graduated from BrightSparks Infant Care yesterday. He joined since he was 4 months old. The teachers are patient, caring and loving. My son always happy when he go to school. The enrollment process was very smooth and parents are well communicated with regularly updates. Daily activities offered were very useful and helpful. I would definitely recommend this infant care. Even though its a short journey, I’m very grateful for the teachers who takes such a good care of my son. Much appreciated ..
Our daughter had graduated from Brightsparks few months ago. I highly recommend this infant care. My son and daughter have grown to be joyful and curious individuals ever so keen to learn and explore and this is all thanks to their tender loving care, letting them be adventurous yet still keeping them safe. For environmental purpose, we had also requested the use of cloth diapers, which the teachers wholeheartedly accepted and incorporated it to our little one's daily life even though it does take a bit more effort to wash and change the soiled cloth diapers, and we are truly grateful for their enthusiasm and willingness to take on the request. It was only but a short journey till 18 months, our kids have definitely enjoyed it to their fullest throughout the time they were at Bright Sparks.
I enrolled my son to Brightsparks IFC after a bad experience in a different IFC. I can see the huge amount of difference in my baby when he was in Brightsparks. My baby is always smiling going to school as well as when I pick him up. He is very loved and cared for by the teachers! He is only 5 months old but am already sad to think about him graduating from here once he turns 18 months. Definitely recommended Brightsparks to parents who are thinking of enrolling their infant :)
Bright Sparks Infant Care has been an amazing experience for our little one. Our 3-month-old lights up with a big smile every time she sees her teachers, which really shows the care and attention they provide. The teachers are incredibly patient, nurturing, and attentive, making both our baby and us feel comfortable and confident. We’re so grateful for the warm and supportive environment they’ve created highly recommend!
We are very pleased with the experience at Bright Sparks Infant Care. The teachers are caring and attentive, and the environment is consistently clean and well-maintained. Communication with parents is clear, with regular updates provided about both our daughters. The school also organizes meaningful activities to support the children’s development. We highly recommend this centre to other parents! :)

Singapore citizen children enrolled in a licensed infant care centre may qualify for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$600 per month. Working mothers who clock at least 56 hours of work per month may also access the Additional Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy on top of this. For lower-income families, the Additional Subsidy (income-tested) can bring combined support up to S$710 per month or more depending on household income. Permanent resident children receive partial subsidies at lower quantum. Subsidy amounts and eligibility criteria are reviewed periodically by ECDA, so treat the figures above as a guide only and verify the current rates directly with ECDA or the centre's administrative team before enrolment. Note that Bright Sparks Infant Care does not currently list an ECDA licence on this directory. Confirm with the centre that it is an ECDA-licensed operator before applying for any subsidy, as subsidies are only disbursed at licensed centres.
Infant care places in Singapore are in high demand, and popular centres can fill slots three to twelve months in advance. January is the peak intake month, as it aligns with the start of the calendar year, but mid-year vacancies do arise from time to time. To improve your chances of securing a place, it is advisable to enquire as early as possible — ideally when your child is four to six months old or as soon as you have a target start date in mind. Securing a slot typically requires payment of a registration fee and a deposit.
