When engaging a veterinary clinic, it helps to have key information ready before your visit: your pet's size, breed, and temperament, as well as up-to-date vaccination records. If you are visiting Brighton Vet Care for the first time, consider calling ahead to describe your pet's condition or the nature of the appointment, whether it is a routine wellness check, vaccination, or an acute concern. This allows the clinic to allocate the appropriate time slot. For ongoing care, ask about recurring appointment options and whether the clinic maintains patient records across visits to support continuity of treatment. Brighton Vet Care can be reached by phone or via a contact form, and serves clients islandwide from its Serangoon Garden location.
To get started, call Brighton Vet Care directly or submit an enquiry through their contact form to confirm appointment availability, current consultation fees, and any documentation your pet will need at the first visit.

Been bringing my cats here for 8years. Brighton is the place we trust the most for the best care for our cats. From the doctors to the nurses, each staff across all locations embody the epitome of all-rounded premium care, concern and love for animals. They make you feel like each animal is their top priority. For kanjiong pawrents like myself, Brighton’s method of care brings huge relief. Huge thanks to the team at Brighton at all locations from us and our cats!
—Update— A week after our guinea pig’s eye recovered, he suddenly became very still, not moving or eating. We immediately called Brighton as it was an emergency. Nurse kindly advised us to go to the emergency vet hospital and has continued to check on our guinea pig’s condition. We are very grateful for all the care and follow-up. A big thank you to the Brighton team! I brought my two guinea pigs for a check-up as I had just got them for one week. One of them seemed to have some eye pain, so I wanted to make sure they were healthy. Dr. Melisa, an exotic vet, kindly checked their eyes, heart, lungs, and overall physical condition. She was very gentle and thorough during the visit. The next day, my guinea pig looked much better and became more active, which made me very happy. The total cost for both guinea pigs was $397. An appointment is required if you wish to bring your pets for consultation.
My daughter been studying here since treeart was open. The teachers here are professional, friendly, and supportive.
Hamster owners may visit this clinic at this own risk! My beloved hammy passed on due to their misdiagnosis and taking their medication for 2 weeks which led to continuous bout of diarrhea (wet tail). The attending vet was Dr Melissa Lukito. It turned out it was not a skin issue but underlying heart problem. She's very unprofessional and there's no proper follow up care. It was extremely traumatic to be sharing my experience here after some time of overcoming grieve of losing a loved pet in a short span of time. I'm seeking redress of the loss of my hamster. The vets Brighton and Beecroft are money suckers for hamster owners like us as they know we are willing to spend to save our hamster, and prescribed medication meant for dogs and cats to hamsters to treat the same condition. It's very unethical and inhumane to do this to small animals! It's traumatic to see my hammy deteriorate from taking the medications and passed on eventually. No words can describe the pain I went through after visiting Brighton and Beecroft! I wish I can give just 0 star. 😔😣😡
Brought my 3 years old cat (Mia) to Brighton Vet for the first time and was under the care of Dr Andrea Lim, very attention to detail doctor and treats my cat with extreme care 💖 As my cat did not seem to recover after a visit to a previous vet clinic, we brought her here in hopes of getting her treated completely. After a week of administering her antibiotics and cream from the clinic, there seems to be improvement and her fur, previously having a bald patch, has now grown back gradually. 🙏🙏 Would bring her back to this vet clinic in the future if required. Thank you Brighton Vet 💓💓

Brighton Vet Care does not publicly list its consultation fees, so you will need to call or use the contact form to confirm current pricing before your visit. For context, veterinary consultation fees in Singapore typically range from S$30 to S$80 for a standard visit at a private clinic, with additional charges for diagnostics such as blood panels, X-rays, or urinalysis. Vaccinations, medications, and follow-up treatments are usually itemised separately. For surgical procedures or specialist referrals, costs can rise considerably. Always request an itemised estimate before agreeing to treatment. See the full veterinary services cost guide for Singapore →
For dogs, core vaccinations typically include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies. For cats, the FVRCP vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) is standard. Bordetella is commonly required for dogs that attend boarding or daycare facilities due to its highly contagious nature. Most clinics and boarding providers request that vaccinations be current within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or digital health records to your appointment. If your pet's vaccinations are overdue, Brighton Vet Care can advise on a catch-up schedule during the consultation.
Brighton Vet Care is KakiList verified, confirming that operating details have been reviewed. The clinic holds a strong Google rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 273 reviews, which is a robust sample and a meaningful indicator of client experience. However, no regulatory licences are currently listed on this profile. Veterinary practices in Singapore are regulated under the Animals and Birds Act, and practising veterinarians must be registered with the National Parks Board (NParks). If the clinic also offers boarding services, an Animal Boarders Licence issued by AVS (Animal and Veterinary Service) would be required. We recommend asking the clinic directly about its licensing and insurance coverage before leaving your pet in their care. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
