words can’t describe the sudden lost of my boy & having to break the news to his regular vet at Brighton had been tough. Thank you Dr Wong Ming En & the team for taking care of him despite being diagnosed with both diabetic & thyroid issue since we came over 3 years ago. Each visit where they have to draw blood to run various test, they made it fuss free for my happy boy & i know he is in good hand of their. Thank you for sending over the sympathy card in addition to the email that was sent on actual day of his passing. I’m glad that Happy was cooperative with everyone during his visits, definitely one of the clinic i would return back in future if i were to have my next pup.
Really thankful to the staff, especially Dr Toh Ming Hui, of Brighton Vet Care! My hamster made a full recovery. Here are some of the main takeaways: 1) It’s really rare to find vets catering to small animals. And they were so prompt in fitting us in for an appointment. 2) Professional treatment. They were kind and patient and really listened. 3) Follow up through email in terms of review and consultation. This was the first time I received a full write up about the consult including identification of issues, treatment plan and signs I need to watch out for.
Always an extremely long wait even with appointments. Can be up to an hour or more. A very strange clinic that makes doctor sell different ‘packages’ for lab tests whether needed or not, lumped together to supposedly give value for money. Really bordering on unethical practice for so-called healthcare provider. Just have to be sure to only permit what is necessary.
Shoutout to Dr Jimmy Chan, our cat was at absolute ease with his handling! Appreciate his clear, knowledgeable, and patient explanations. His passion for animals seem to be overflowing haha! Highly recommended
Please don’t trust this vet for hamsters. My hamster was treated here for bloating. After taking the prescribed medication and going through X-ray and stool test, he died just two hours later. I’m devastated and furious that the vet showed no awareness that bloating is a life-threatening condition for hamsters. Instead, I was told “everything looks fine.” Because of this negligence, I missed the only chance to save his life.
