About "Bubbly Petz"
Bubbly Petz is a pet grooming provider operating islandwide from its Geylang East Avenue premises. It holds KakiList verification and is registered with ACRA, and carries a Google rating of 4.5 out of 5 based on 77 reviews — a moderate sample that offers a reasonable indication of service quality. Pricing sits in the mid-range tier.
When arranging a grooming appointment, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, and coat type ready, as these factors typically influence session length and pricing. Vaccination records — including DHPP and rabies for dogs, and FVRCP for cats — are commonly required before a grooming session proceeds, so bring or share these in advance. If your pet is anxious or has not been groomed professionally before, mention this when making contact so the team can advise on suitability and preparation. Bubbly Petz can be reached via WhatsApp, phone, or their online enquiry form, making it straightforward to ask about availability, add-on services such as nail trimming or ear cleaning, and whether a recurring grooming schedule can be arranged.
To get started, reach out via WhatsApp with your pet's breed, approximate weight, and coat condition, and ask about the next available appointment slot and what vaccination documentation to bring along.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Desmond was very patient in explaining what he would be doing. most important he kept asking if we have ideas on how we want our pet to be groomed! Felt as though we were the ones going for the grooming. Personalized..... Plus witness the sight since it was HAPPYS first visit that there were indeed TWO GROOMERS to ensure HAPPY was calm and assured since it was her first time . Looking forward to our next grooming session in about eight weeks
We have recently moved into the neighbourhood and I reached out to bubbly petz based on google Reviews ignoring any negative reviews about their customer service focussing on the positive reviews from owners. Unfortunately I can not relate to any positive experience dealing with this business, I was trying to get an appointment for my dog for a basic grooming and deshedding appointment. It takes a minimum of 24 to 48 hours to respond to any message you send this business and even when our helper physically went to the outlet With our dog to try and get an appointment they simply ignored her and told her to get the owner to message them via WhatsApp. Even then when they do reply it literally takes them another 24 to 48 hours to reply and then the first appointment they can offer is 2 months away and they blame man power issues. Now as an owner of an SME it I offered the same excuse to my customers they would just walk away and never come back but I even gave them a second chance to put me on the waitlist and still then a similar experience with the amount of time And interest in doing business with me sent the wrong message to a potential client. Based on all the above I reached out to other groomer in the neighbourhood and within no time dapper dogs replied to me offering me a grooming appointment within 24 hours of contact them as well as what I would regard as top notch customer interaction and finally a result that I and my dog loved. I’ve never seen her so happy to come back from a grooming appointment in the 6 years I’ve had her since adopting her from a rescue shelter. I know where my dog will be going for every single grooming appointment from now on and it will be dapper dog in Joo Chiat not just because of how well she was treated but their customer service and engagement. A totally different experience I had with bubbly petz. Photo is of my dog post her appointment at dapper dogs and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Lovely little place to bring your furry one for grooming. Groomers are generally quite good and quite professional. Resident dog, Chocolate is a friendly and welcoming.
I've been taking my dog to Desmond for nearly seven years. My dog is over 7 years old and has anxiety, but Desmond is always patient and gentle. The place is very comfortable, and they don't use any restraining tools. Desmond even carries my dog around when he needs something from across the room. He notices little details, like improvements in my dog's skin or weight changes, and writes them down in a notebook for future reference. The only downside is the busy booking process, which requires scheduling six months in advance. However, this is a testament to the quality of their work and the many returning clients. Replies can be slow because they focus on the dogs during work hours, but this makes me feel confident leaving my dog there. I'll continue to support this wonderful place.
Brought a friend's dog for his first ever full groom. Really appreciate the patience of the groomers. The set up of the place was also fantastic - whether I wanted to be in there with them as the grooming took place, or whether I wanted to stand behind a one way mirror to view the process, they were opened and welcomed either options. Thank you for helping with A's first full groom!

Most professional grooming providers in Singapore require proof of up-to-date vaccinations before accepting a pet. For dogs, this typically means the DHPP combination vaccine (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies; for cats, the FVRCP vaccine covering feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia is standard. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is frequently required where the facility also offers boarding or daycare. Vaccinations are generally expected to be current within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate on the day of the appointment. Contact Bubbly Petz directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your first visit.
Bubbly Petz is ACRA-registered and has been verified by KakiList, confirming that its operating details and contact channels are accurate. In Singapore, grooming-only facilities are not subject to mandatory AVS (Animal and Veterinary Service) licensing in the same way as boarding kennels, though businesses handling animals are expected to comply with animal welfare regulations under the Animals and Birds Act. No specific regulatory licences are listed on this profile. Before your pet's first appointment, it is advisable to ask Bubbly Petz directly about their insurance arrangements — specifically whether cover is in place for injury or illness that may occur during a grooming session. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
