About Bucket House Preschool

About "Bucket House Preschool"

Bucket House Preschool is a childcare and infant care provider located at 165 Sims Ave, #01-01, Singapore 387606. The centre is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It holds a 5-out-of-5 rating on Google, though this is based on a single review and should be treated as directional only. Monthly fees are priced at the mid-range tier ($$).

Families considering infant care at Bucket House Preschool should enquire early about slot availability for their intended start month, as infant care places in Singapore are limited. When you visit the centre, ask about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine for feeding, napping and stimulation, and the settling-in period for new infants. It is also worth confirming whether the centre accepts ECDA subsidies, which can meaningfully reduce monthly fees for Singapore citizen children.

To take the next step, use the phone or enquiry form listed on this page to ask about current infant care vacancies and to arrange a centre visit at a time that suits your family.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this preschool. The teachers are truly caring, dedicated, and create a very supportive environment for the children. The school is always clean, well-maintained, and promotes a healthy space for learning and play. Most importantly, my child absolutely loves going to school every day and has learned so much during his time here. Even the kids and teachers seem happy too. There will also be a monthly nature outing for the kids to enjoy parks and outdoor play. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a nurturing and enriching preschool.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does "Bucket House Preschool" charge per month?

Bucket House Preschool is priced at the mid-range tier ($$) on a monthly recurring basis. Typical childcare and infant care centres in Singapore charge between S$1,200 and S$2,500 per month before subsidies, with infant care at the higher end of that range. Contact the centre directly to confirm the exact monthly fee for your child's age group. Beyond the monthly fee, most centres also charge a one-off registration fee and a deposit of roughly two months' fees. You may also be asked to purchase a uniform and basic insurance. Childcare fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the quoted monthly rate should be the amount you pay. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →

What subsidies can I claim at "Bucket House Preschool"?

Singapore citizen children attending a licensed infant care or childcare centre may qualify for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care and up to S$300 per month for childcare. Working mothers who clock 56 hours or more of work per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Development Co-Savings (WMS), which provides further monthly relief. An Additional Subsidy of up to S$710 per month (combined with WMS) is available for lower- and middle-income families on an income-tested basis. Permanent resident children are eligible for partial subsidies at lower quantum. The KiFAS scheme applies specifically to kindergarten programmes rather than infant care or childcare. Subsidy rates and income thresholds are updated periodically, so visit the ECDA website directly for the most current figures before making financial plans.

Is there a waitlist at "Bucket House Preschool"?

Infant care places in Singapore are among the most competitive in the early childhood sector. For popular centres, families are advised to enquire three to twelve months ahead of their intended start date. January is the peak intake month, as it aligns with the start of the school year, so slots for that period tend to fill earliest. To secure a place, most centres require payment of a registration fee and a deposit at the point of offer. Contact Bucket House Preschool directly — by phone or through the enquiry form on this page — to ask about current availability and to find out what is required to reserve a spot for your child.
