Thank you Jackie for attending to our emergency electrical work! My house water heater had caught fire and although we managed to extinguish the fire, we were very afraid of any possible electrical issue that might cause the fire. SCDF recommended us to look for licensed Electrician to check the lines before we could switch on our power, we were finding high and low but couldn’t find one who is willing to take our case (esp since this is a fire incident already). Luckily, I managed to find Jackie who understand our position. Despite already fully booked, Jackie understand the urgency and came down to perform electrical check. Jackie is very professional and this is evidenced in his check, tools and conversation. He also provide his advice on future possible incident and how to take action in future. He is very professional and possess very good workmanship as well as meet a tight deadline without sacrificing quality.
