If you're looking for property management services look elsewhere. They do not have enough capable staff. I would like to think they did at one point, but at least since I hired them it's only gotten from bad to worse. My first property manager accomplished very little, had poor communication skills, and never followed up with action items. I asked for another property manager and it seemed clear that they were aware of this individuals shortcomings, which was quite frustrating. I was told they were short-staffed and I was assigned 2 part-time managers. One of them was great but the other wasn't and unfortunately he ended up being my full-time property manager. Again, simple projects and requests were never addressed (still to this day after over a year) despite my repeated efforts. I finally gave up on their property management services and they did not put up a fight, as if it were expected. I feel they knowingly provided no to little service running out the clock for when my patience would break all while pocketing the fees.

I book Butler service regularly, often on short notice, to take care of my two cats. They are always in perfect shape and I can tell that they're excellently being take of. They are always happy and well. The apartment is also nicely cleaned prior my arrival which is also nice after returning from a business trip. I can only recommend Butler.

Engaged Butler for daily cleaning services at our gym, where I am one of the team members. They have been very proactive, punctual, and their housekeepers always get the job done well. Honestly the best experience we’ve had from any cleaning company. Nothing to complain about at all!

I have engaged Butler for their housekeeping services yesterday. Before the Chinese new year is here, we wanted to do deep cleaning for our kitchen, toilets and rooms’ windows. The staffs were meticulous and when I came home, it seems like I’m stepping on a new floor, especially in the kitchen. There is really difference in the toilet’s tiles too. The regular cleaning we do ourselves, don’t have the same results! I can smell the freshness in the house. When there was a bit more time, one of the staffs offered to clean the ceiling fan for us. Overall, it’s a pleasant experience. I feel that the staffs are responsible too, one of them asked me to check and feedback if there’s anything, can contact them again and they can come back again within few days.. will consider Butler again for future services!!! 💯 Thank you!!

We were keen to explore potential collaboration with Butler and had initiated contact through email and scheduled an e-meeting. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, the agent (Abegail) mentioned not receiving our emails, did not attend the scheduled meeting, and failed to respond to follow-up communications. This experience did not align with the professionalism we expected, considering how Butler promotes itself.
