I engaged Caesarstone to install Trivina stone on my long and large window ledge in 4 rooms. Sandy Soh was the sales lady who attended to me. She visited my house several times to measure and supervise the eventual installation. She also gave me a good price. Sandy is truly a credit to Caesarstone and I am very pleased with the end product and her great service.

I was greeted by Ms Elaine with a friendly smile. She was very helpful and informative, she showed me the different designs, and also recommended me a few colors to match my kitchen tiles. She was knowledgeable and could answer all questions i asked. Excellent service by Ms Elaine!

Did the CC tv captured the words your staff said? If yes go and listen to what he said. If you think that is alright and correct, now I know how your general attitude as a company towards customers. I am not asking for perfection I’m just asking for simple interaction instead of him trying to proof people wrong on whatever they said, even I repeat what he told me and he still prove me wrong, in a way prove himself wrong. My partner did look calm and he was really unhappy and angry with the staff response too. The reason why I said ‘Malay’ man is not being racist, I do not want the other Chinese man to be blamed if I just said men in the 50s, they are both the same age. It’s not that I know his name, or else the race won’t be mentioned. There is an older Malay guy in his 50s should quit his job in customer service and probably hide in a cave. Every simple question asked about product. He would just turn into argument and proof customers saying the wrong term. Such as contractor or supplier. Eventually a simple question about defects and warranty went without getting a proper answer. In June. We used to chat with a Chinese gentleman seems knowledgeable and friendly. But this person we met is like hell lot of difference Time visit: 3:20pm 6/9/24

Selected Caesarstone for our kitchen renovation. Read the review from others are quite bad but I decided to come anyway (if you read my other review, you will know that is my style :)) Served by Bryan, believe a lot of reviews was about him because there is no other male sales person. He talked about China material like other reviewers said, but I don't think he indicated the customers (we) are cheapo. Just the way, he is confident about his product quality. In the end, the ceaserstone materials offer quite a variety and we can visualize them in big slab in this shop, this helps to visualise how it may look at our kitchen. If you visit this shop, can check with them about promotional items which they balanced (left) from industrial project. We normally just need 2 to 3 meters so you may find some exotic promo material that is not commonly find under standard category. Look over the sales person, as a consumer, we are here for the ceaserstone, then you will find Bryan is actually quite a fun guy to liaise with. Enjoy!
