My Brother's family had wanted to sell their 4 Room hdb unit and move to another unit after staying in this unit for 29 years. I was assisting my brothers family and this is our review of the experience working with Caleb and Carol. Initially even before we had engaged Caleb and Carol, we had engaged another agent and we had sort of become very frustrated at his lack of communication. We understood it was a slow period but the agent would go for weeks without communicating and only would answer back if we were to ask any question and that too after several message prompts. In the end after 2 months of inactivity we decided to change agent (thankfully we did not agree to any 3 month exclusivity). Next we then scoured the many mediums to look for a new agent and actually had arranged to meet up with 3 agents (one of which were the pair of them) to talk through and see who we felt confident enough to engage. When we met Caleb and Carol, we were really struck by their professionalism and down to earth nature. They really listened patiently to our situation and provided a very clear breakdown of what our proceeds would be like and the timeline to expect. They did not over promise but were thoroughly rationale and practical on our chances and probability and explained the market and trends but we could really see that they were a team who were genuine and had our best interests at heart and would do their work in a professional manner. From then on, each of their actions were informed through our whatsapp group and they ensured that we had the right information in a timely manner. They took very good photos and videos and advertised accordingly. In 2 months they brought over a number of potential buyers. From time to time they expertly would explain how we could progress to get more buyers but they would never be pushy on setting the price and our opinion always mattered to them. We finally got our buyer and then it was off to look at houses to buy. Caleb and Carol let us also look and come back at whichever house interested us from PropertyGuru. I sent them more than 10 houses and they also sent from their end. They arranged the viewings and in a weekend we had viewed all the houses and had shortlisted 2 houses. After our final selection, things moved faster but they were guiding us all the way on what should be done via the system or which payments will be coming up so we always knew what to look out for. With that we had our completion date and got our keys finally. We are extremely grateful to Caleb and Carol who went above and beyond to make sure that we always are on top of things and put our interests always front and foremost. It has been a delight during this process and we genuinely thank you two for being with us during this trying time and ensuring that we end up in our lovely new home!

Have engaged Caleb for his service to rent out my condo, the deal was close within 3week of his service, super efficient. He using new way to market our unit, shooting video using social media etc. which was very effective. He even shoot the handover process of the house for us which was great. Highly recommend his service if you are looking for a housing agent 👍
