I love Canopy Veterinary Centre. Thank you Dr Denise for being so kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I'm really glad I met her, the first time I brought Tenz over was for a review and Dr Denise resolved the benign lump over his Right lower limb. She was very professional, lovely to my pet, shared every detail of my hamsters well-being and health, told me everything I needed to know. Her consultations felt more like a discussion than a one-way advice, allowing for easier feedback loop. The following consult I had with her was a worrying one, Tenz had a long upper tooth / incisor which was tugged and causing an ulceration over he left gum region. We had to do something and Dr Denise was once again our great savior. I'm more than grateful, lucky in fact, to have found Canopy Vet Centre. Thank you for the unwavering care and support given to Tenz ❣️ Though I dont wish to come back again, even if I do need to, I know Tenz is in safe hands. Thank you Dr Denise and staff 🩷 Postscript: Tenz is running around like he's 1 year old again, hungry for food and burrowing. Though he's aging, the signs are pretty fogged 🤓 And. I believe he's wish to say thank you 😊 Hamsters are short-lived but memories aren't 🐹 I booked my appointment via WhatsApp, its very convenient and professional. Waiting time is not that long, probably 10-15min, 30min max.

We had such a wonderful experience at this vet clinic. The friendly counter staff and doctor were amazing — understanding, patient, and truly dedicated. We came in with a rescued kitten and, as first-timers, had many worries and questions. Despite their busy schedule, they took the time to listen and guide us patiently, and even managed to slot us in for an emergency visit — we’re so grateful for that! It’s clear that the team genuinely enjoys their work and knows exactly what they’re doing. The clinic is also very neat and well-organised, which made the whole experience even better. Thank you once again — you truly deserve the 5 stars!

Brought my cat in for abnormal breathing and wheezing. It was our first time there and was thankful Canopy Vet Centre accepted us on such short notice. Miko and I were attended to by Dr Denyse, who gave my anxious and attack-y cat much needed space, noting thoughtfully that any further stressors could send him over the edge. Dr Denyse was able to diagnose Miko with pneumothorax and helped stabilize his condition quickly. Very grateful to Dr Denyse for her expertise and being so gentle with my senior cat.

One of the best vets I've been to! 🥹🥰 They have a huge waiting area, and a specialised area for cat owners to wait at, away from the stresses of other animals. Service staff and doctors are nice and very knowledgeable, patient and kind enough to explain all the medical terms in layman terms for me to understand. Brought my 10-year-old Darcey in for consult as one of his tooth fell out. And needless to say, he had to be scheduled for a dental surgery ASAP to look at the condition of all of his teeth. I brought him for his first consult on Tuesday, and was able to schedule the dental surgery on Friday. Doctor was very nice to explain to me the procedures, risks and recommendations to me without hardselling any of it. Also explained to me the procedures of microchipping and registering Darcey when i asked just before i left the consult. They called me after getting the blood test results and explained to me in detail again, what each levels mean and recommended me what i should look out for in his diet. After which, upon my request, doctor also called me to inform me about their initial diagnosis of darcey's extraction. I was expecting bad news but i was still apprehensive to hear about it. Doctor was very kind and patient to explain to me in detail how bad the condition was even though it was an urgent situation (bc darcey was under anaesthetic at that point in time and they didnt want to drag it for too long) he still acknowledged my apprehension and he proceeded based on his best advice. Trusting that, i am very relieved to know that darcey's final extraction number of teeth is still lesser than the initial number. They also allowed me to come in slightly earlier to bring darcey home after making sure that darcey's condition is stablised. And they additionally provided a clean mat to absorb any of darcey's bleeding post-surgery and also folded the towels i left with darcey neatly inside my carrier. 🥹 much appreciated! I was briefed by the same doctor on how the final decision was made and also patiently answered all of my queries after. They also provided a printed after-care directions for you to take home to refer to. Darcey recovered very well and went back two weeks later for a review which i was also not additionally charged for. Doctor also patiently brought out and explain to me again the extraction chart when i asked to look at it again so i could record his remaining teeth 😅 In all, i would say that prices are very reasonable and even for a surgery of this scale, i was not overly charged and in fact, less than what another clinic charged for lesser extraction! Canopy Vet will def become my regular clinic after this experience! 🥰 I had many other nightmare-ish/hardselling & rude staff encounters at other clinics. So i believed it is not difficult to be kind, patient and understanding to regular pet owners like myself.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Canopy Veterinary Centre charge?

Canopy Veterinary Centre displays a mid-range pricing tier ($$), but specific consultation fees are not published on this listing. In Singapore, a standard veterinary consultation typically ranges from S$30 to S$80, with additional charges for diagnostics such as blood panels, X-rays, or urinalysis. Vaccinations, dental scaling, surgery, and hospitalisation are priced separately and can vary considerably depending on the procedure and your pet's size or condition. When enquiring, ask for a breakdown of the consultation fee, any anticipated diagnostic costs, and whether medications are billed separately. It is also worth confirming whether the clinic charges differently for first-time visits versus follow-ups. See the full Veterinary Clinics cost guide for Singapore →

What vaccinations does Canopy Veterinary Centre require?

For dogs, core vaccinations in Singapore include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies, both of which are typically required to be current — generally within the past 12 months — before boarding or group care. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is frequently required for dogs attending boarding facilities or daycare. For cats, the FVRCP combination (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) is the standard core vaccine. As a veterinary clinic, Canopy Veterinary Centre can administer and update vaccinations during your visit. If you are attending for a general consultation, bring your pet's vaccination records or booklet so the vet can assess whether boosters are due. Contact the clinic directly to confirm their specific vaccination policies for any boarding-adjacent services.

Is Canopy Veterinary Centre licensed and insured?

Canopy Veterinary Centre is verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed the clinic's operating details and contact information. Veterinary practices in Singapore operate under the oversight of the Singapore Veterinary Association and are subject to the Animals and Birds Act administered by the National Parks Board (NParks), which also oversees the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS). No specific regulatory licences are listed on this KakiList entry, so it is advisable to confirm licensing details directly with the clinic. Regarding insurance, pet owners should ask the clinic about their protocols in the event of an adverse reaction or complication during treatment. If you hold a pet insurance policy, check with your insurer whether consultations at this clinic are claimable. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
