About Care Express Services
Care Express Services offers senior transport across Singapore, operating from its base at Tagore Industrial Avenue. The listing has been verified by KakiList, though ACRA registration could not be confirmed. With only four Google reviews averaging 4/5, the rating is too small a sample to draw reliable conclusions about service quality.
Families arranging transport for an elderly relative will want to clarify the scope of service upfront — whether Care Express Services handles medical appointments, day rehabilitation centre runs, or general outings, and whether the vehicle is wheelchair-accessible or fitted for ambulant seniors. Key questions to raise include the booking lead time, whether a carer or driver aide accompanies the passenger, hourly or per-trip pricing, surcharges for public holidays or after-hours pickups, and cancellation policy if an appointment is rescheduled. As transport needs can be recurring — for dialysis or physiotherapy, for example — it is also worth confirming whether a standing weekly schedule can be arranged and how reliability is managed if the assigned driver is unavailable.
To enquire about availability, reach Care Express Services by WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form on KakiList, and confirm all pricing, route, and vehicle details in writing before committing to a booking.

The service was excellent. The drivers, Mr Sulaiman, Mr Ashik, Mr Indra, Mr Simon, were all very empathetic to my wheel chaired mother. The transfers were very safe and professional. The prompt and punctual service with lots of care are indeed assets from Care Express Services. Even my mother was so happy with the care and concern for all the drivers that she wanted to give Hari Raya makan for all of them. I have engaged in their services several times and due to my mother's medical appointments, I will definitely use their services in the weeks to come. Excellent service, excellent patient care, excellent timing. Thank you, Care Express Services.
Have engaged in their services on regular basis and they were prompt in their reply, reliable and helpful. We have established common understanding and managed expectation during the initial part of using their service as it was our first time we have a lot of questions, concern and anxiety but everything turn out well. They were very understanding, professional and they show empathy towards our condition having to cope with caring for our elderly. I m very happy that everything went on well and my family have a peace of mind knowing that my mother was transported safety to the dialysis center. I highly recommend using their services.
Engaged them to transport my dad from amk hosp to ttsh via ttsh medical social worker. Reply and confirmation was very slow. Highlighted my dad requires a wheelchair. Said ok but driver turn up with no wheelchair. Hospitals do not loan their wheelchairs for personal transportation but they relented in my case because otherwise my dad would miss both his appointments. During this whole time, the person in charge never picked up my calls nor his driver's calls! After incident, there was not a word of apology from him at all. On safety aspect, the outgoing driver put on seatbelt for my dad automatically but the returning driver didn't. I have to ask for it. Otherwise, the Chinese drivers were friendly and helpful but spoke limited English. **edited to update Owner has reached out to explain and do service recovery which is good. The contact person I liased with is their staff. Perhaps they deserve a second chance. For the record I did not accept their offer of full refund as the drivers had done their jobs. Still, it's a good gesture and I appreciate it. Thank you.
Sulaiman and Indira showed great care to my husband. They were professional and prioritise safety. I am impressed with their good services. Thank you

Care Express Services has not published a detailed price list on this listing, so you will need to enquire directly for a quote. Singapore senior transport services are typically priced per trip or by the hour, with rates varying based on distance, vehicle type (ambulant sedan vs wheelchair-accessible van), and whether a driver aide accompanies the passenger. Public holiday surcharges and after-hours fees are common across the industry. Confirm in writing whether fuel, parking, and ERP charges are included in the quoted rate, and whether a minimum booking duration applies. For recurring runs — such as dialysis or day rehabilitation — ask whether a package or standing-route rate is available. See the full eldercare cost guide for Singapore →
Care Express Services focuses on senior transport rather than residential or home-based personal care, so the live-in versus visit-based distinction does not directly apply here. The relevant question for families is whether transport is booked on a one-off or recurring basis, and what the booking lead time is for both. For ongoing medical appointment runs — dialysis three times per week, for instance — confirm whether a fixed weekly schedule can be locked in, how much notice is needed to change or cancel a booking, and what happens if the assigned driver is unavailable on a given day. If the elderly person requires a carer to travel alongside them, clarify upfront whether Care Express Services provides that or whether a separate arrangement is needed.
Care Express Services does not list specific certifications or insurance details on this listing, so these should be confirmed directly before booking. For senior transport, relevant questions include whether drivers hold a valid vocational licence (PDVL) or have any first-aid training, and whether the vehicle carries passenger liability insurance that covers elderly riders. If the passenger uses a wheelchair or has limited mobility, ask whether the vehicle is fitted with a proper lift or ramp and whether the driver is trained in safe boarding and disembarkation. Given the absence of publicly listed credentials, request written confirmation of insurance coverage and any relevant training before the first trip.
If Care Express Services isn't the right fit, these are other senior transport providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
